Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wanna give a big shout out to Popeyes, especially because of Moses he is a 10 star employee that went above and beyond to take care of me in my meal. They need to be paying this guy triple what he's making.

We go to this location because it is close to home. We ordered through drive-thru, in-store, and the mobile app. Not sure why, but they seemed to messed up our order every time. We order fries and got mashed potatoes. We order wings and got their chicken pieces. We asked for extra sauce, we got no sauce.Sadly, we will not be turning due to too many mistakes.

I love the Popeyes spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it is almost always so delicious and crispy! This time I wanted to try the spicy dish sandwich, it was a definite downgrade, I recommend you stick with the chicken sandwich OR the wings were really awesome, better than most restaurants. We tried the new lemon pepper and the sweet & spicy wings and both were awesome! Service was good and fast but heads up they were ONLY taking cash that day unless.ypu ordered thru the app. Hopefully, they will solve their credit card issues soon. They are brand new so probably working the kinks out. The restaurant was very clean and nice though quite small. Lots of parking and clean restrooms. All in all good except the fish sandwich was on the dry side and not especially too crispy like the chicken sandwich. It did have the nice buttered bun with pickles and was large so that was a plus!

Like any new location, lines were busy. Once ordered, we moved pretty steady, but had to park for fresh biscuits-- took about 30-35 min. to leave. Welcoming customer service and clean surrounding. Preferred spicy chicken over regular and mashed potatoes & gravy for flavor. The strawberry biscuits are a nice dessert option, but they are somewhat dry. Family meals are available, but pricey.

Drive thru is ROUGH. Not fast at all. I think we waited at the window after paying for 10 minutes before we got our food after we paid. That doesn't include the time we waited to order or the time we waited to drive up to the window. The food is standard Popeyes food, nothing particularly better or worse than any other Popeyes. I've driven thru twice now and it's taken forever both times. The restaurant always seems busy, so does the drive thru every time I drive by. We tried going to sit inside the restaurant but it was too busy so we drove thru. Now I'm starting to think the dining room was so packed because people were waiting so long for their food.

I was just glad they opened the one on Neiman. However I would prefer the Mission one would open back up.This was good and I enjoyed their Chicken Wings.... I always love Popeyes

Put in a pick-up order this past Friday, October 4th at 4:15 for a 5:00 pm pick up. When i got there, I waited almost 10 minutes to get waited on, and my order was still not ready. When I finally did get some personal attention, the employee informed me it would still be awhile because they were out of mild chicken at the moment and waiting for the next batch to come up. I told her to just give me whatever they had because we were on a time crunch to get the food to our daughter who had a dinner break at 5:30. Another 5 minutes went by, they handed me the bag, and I walked out. When we got to our destination, I found they had given me the wrong order. I know this was the order for a person ahead of me because I heard him ask for no thighs, only drumsticks, which is what we had. Although we like Popeyes chicken, this location has failed me on service once too often. We will not be coming back.

Order. 12 pc family meal. 6 breast, 6 wings. This is unacceptable. They can't understand and can't speak well.(God bless em") Nice staff for sure but this has to get better. Family meals can't have terrible mixes like mine. Food was typically good Popeyes fare. I hope they can improve.

Went and picked up food from here and this was what my Mac and cheese looked like yummy!

Any Popeyes in Kansas City but this one! The worst Popeyes in the Metro since the 103rd St and State Line location got exposed to the health department. All of the employees who speak or read English are gone, they only do orders by numbers good luck specializing it online. Management is nonexistent or never there. Franchise owners and Regional management need to be canned. Anyone from out of city or state can see the difference. THIS IS NOT A POPEYES!!!!
