Plunkett Fitness is a hidden gem. I was originally interested was in lifting heavy weights but not Personal Training. As a female, I never felt comfortable in weight rooms. I didn't know swap in protocols, safety measures, form, reps, all that business and it's easy to get run over by others. At Plunkett Fitness, their operating model is set to have a trainer available during operating hours to help members get the form and function down plus whatever support you need. The trainers customize the progression to meet your goals. I have found the atmosphere professional and encouraging and exactly what I was seeking. I did a 1 month membership to ensure it fit my needs and schedule and am now signing up for a year membership!

I love Plunkett's! I love the Plunkett's Trainers! I love my weight loss!! WOWZA! Down 15 lbs and 9 inches in 25 days! Weight training and individual diet plan WORKED! I have 80 lbs to go! Stay tune!! I'm doing it this time with the help from Plunkett's!! #plunkettsfitnessposterchild!

Have been going to Plunkett Fitness for about 3 months now and I definitely like the experience so far. Kale, Skyler and all other trainers have been great and I'm sure I'll be going for as long as I'm in Kansas. Some things I really appreciate and make Plunkett Fitness a great experience are:- They are Super Flexible with your schedule. Team of trainers are always ready to help you with customizing your workout and work with your diet plan. - Great Motivation from the trainers who keep pushing you to do your best. - Regular check on diet and body composition help with tracking the progress. I would highly recommend Plunkett Fitness if you need good training.

Plunkett Fitness is a great gym to come to if you're ready to make a dedication to yourself about your overall health and fitness. Jamie, Skyler, and the other trainers are all there to help you achieve your goals, maintain them, and motivate you to keep going. Whatever the case may be... you are not alone at Plunkett! Their knowledge is no joke, and they really help you progress and push you to do better, all the while modifying workouts so that you can safely and effectively work out. The gym is clean, everyone is friendly, and it's a judgement free zone. Personally, joining Plunkett was one of the smartest decisions I've made. I didn't know I needed strength and endurance training; I thought cardio was enough. Boy, was I wrong! Plunkett Fitness is the way to go!!!

I have really enjoyed working with the staff at Plunkett Fitness. I'm an endurance athlete, competing in marathons and triathlons, but this is the first time I've focused on strength training along with my cardio workouts. I stared out with barely basic knowledge about weight training. The trainers have all been extremely helpful. They are all experts in their field. I am learning the proper techniques and am making progress each week. They really take the time to get to know their clients and focus on individual needs, even in group training sessions. They are encouraging and motivating! Also love the emphasis and guidance when it comes to my nutrition as well. I've made adjustments based on their recommendations and have really noticed a difference. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this gym to any female. Especially young and attractive females. The client/trainer relationship is extremely unprofessional and the owner and trainer have crossed that line many times. If you are bored and are looking to add a little soap opera type of drama to your life then you would fit right in here. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

I cannot say enough great things about this gym! My trainer was Alex and he was awesome! The other trainers seemed knowledgeable as well and they were all very personable.The gym was very clean and the workouts were great.I would highly recommend this gym.

This is probably the best all around workout I've ever done. I've spent years doing cardio that I hated! Plunkett fitness is a nutrition, weights based, and a small amount of optional cardio to make for the perfect workout! The instructors are all very helpful and encouraging. I feel so healthy and strong!

I experienced a major physical injury in my twenties and was advised that exercise would be critically important for me. I have done many types through the years and none in others when discouraged (regretfully!). After one week at Plunkett Fitness I again slept soundly through the night. After several weeks aches and pains are gone from lack of exercise. I feel stronger, stand straighter and breathe deeper. I am very pleased with the strength/resistance approach and the watchful attention by trainers to do appropriate exercises correctly in order to fully maximize development. Plunkett Fitness is a center where I can rebuild.

I signed up for Jamie Plunkett fitness program and tried it out for 90 days. It was the BIGGEST Waste of MONEY! The program that Jamie teaches DOES NOT WORK. At first I thought it was me, but I hired a personal trainer and found out that 99% of the items I was trained with Jamie was a bunch of CRAP to take my MONEY!
