Susan was my phone contact when ordering my arrangement for a dear friend's funeral. She was very helpful and she conveyed all my tearful wishes regarding my friend's love for the Chiefs and adding my friend's favorite flower (Daisies) to the arrangement. It was beautiful. The family loved it (it was one of the focus/most talked about arrangements @ visitation) and they called me the day after the funeral to thank me for the flowers that truly captured the essence of our love one. I received a gorgeous birthday bouquet of flowers from this shop, as a surprise. It's the prettiest floral arrangement I've ever received. Flowers were fresh and unique. Bold yellow and purple were so me!! Who? Did this?! So I called my high school friend of 50+ years and I was right- it came from her. This bouquet was so unique and personal I called the shop to thank them. Hopefully you see the photo. Purple mini irises w/ yellow centers, yummy orange-yellow sunflowers, small yellow mums, purple wild flowers and pale yellow daisies all flanked by deep green smooth leaves. Delivered June 10. Still fresh 7 days later!!Thank you! You have MY business!

Terribly disappointed in this shop!!! Ordered flowers charged $73 for tiny bud vase of flowers. They looked nothing like what was ordered!!!

I placed an order online to be delivered for my children while at day care. I called to make sure it was received in correctly the morning of delivery and the woman I spoke to could not locate my order and told me she's sure it's there but she has no idea. I called just before closing to verify that it will get delivered since it hadn't been received yet and after being placed on hold was told that there's no guarantee it will make it before the end of the day because they are short drivers... so I spent over $60 on gifts for my two kids to get at day care and they won't even get them. The shop itself seems very disorganized.

I received birthday flowers from one of my children. Received a call to be sure I was going to be home to receive them before they delivered. The flower bouquet was full, fresh and beautiful. Have had them a week including roses and they remain looking fresh and lovely.

Stopped by on my way to the airport to pick up my fiancé. Great customer service, very considerate, understood what I needed and gave wonderful recommendations. The best part was the flowers were put together in a timely manner and my fiancé thought they looked amazing. Thank you for helping me make her day.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. They were never delivered, I called twice because I had already received an email saying the order was delivered. They are very unorganized and it took them 10 mins to tell me that they had not delivered them yet. The one previous time I used this company they did it deliver until 5:30 PM. Never again!
