Good selling experience. They were super quick to review my items and get back to me. I sold a lot of athletic apparel and they took a lot of it. I can't say as much on how selling would do on other items, but if you're aware of what items they are typically trying to sell you'll be able to sell your stuff. I also think it's smart to not go in expecting a certain amount.

Didn't expect much and just wanted to see what's the selling experience with this store. So I brought the bag with the items that were not taken with style encore ( added two new items in the bag)And they took one item only out of the bag, and surprisingly, the amount of cash offered was pretty close to the style encore ( style encore takes 3-4 small items from my two-time sales) and the amount is around $14-15The staff of Plato's gave me the excuse of the items not taken: the style of the remaining items were out of date. I am not offended and figured out that there maybe a upper limit of the cash offer per sale, and the items taken are based on the tastes/preferences who go over the items. But I would suggest them use better wordings such as: the style of the remaining items were not what we are looking for currently (style encore is much clever in this, lol) The inventory in the store is a bit unorganized, and the pricing is average. The staffs were busy at the time but still gave me good instructions on my sale.

I'm honestly not a big thrifter and I usually can't find anything. My friend fun olathe took me here and i spent $100 on a TON of amazing items. Their staff is also super nice!

Went to drop off a rather large shopping bag with over 20 jeans, a few dresses and short rompers, heels and flats to be sold. Got notified within 5 minutes after leaving that my drop off was ready. Was told that my things were out of style and they were very selective at the time. I have NEVER been told that at the other locations. Because I moved, this was closest. My things were purchased within the last year so I know for sure they weren't out of "style." I am not one for calling out racism because that's the last thought on my mind. But it really makes you wonder when you are at checkout next to a Caucasian female that had all 5+ of her garbage bags purchased. Just sad. Do better.

I loved it! Me and my friends were in there trying on heels. We were kinda goofying around nobody complained or made fun of us(at least not to our faces) A lady even asked me what my favorite pair of heels were and I pointed out to a purple pair that had matched my outfit. Everyone one was nice and chill. I may be a little biased because one of my close friends sister works at one, but everyone made my first experience there good. But they really have some cute stuff and have a good section of shoes and heels I'm definitely coming back to get more!!

Planned my entire Saturday morning around their athletic event and waited in LINE before doors opened. Great selection! I did chat the register gal up so we missed on security tag but I won't mind coming back and looking at the re stocked selection to get the tag off... smart move. HAHA! No but really it was a great time super friendly people work here. Got some LULU LEMON and CONVERSE.

The BEST Plato's in the area. I have never sold to them so rating not based off of that. However, everytime I go here I leave happy as can be. Their selection is great for all size ranges, they have name brand products in great shape for unbelievably low prices, and the staff works so hard to keep their store stocked, plus are always accommodating and friendly. I frequently come to this Plato's and highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area.

The staff was terrible and were so rude to me. Nothing bad about the clothes but the customer service was horrible. Never coming here again. Do not go to this store!

Don't even try to sell here. Most their locations won't take anything, and this one's the worst. Multiple times I've gone in with a bag or two of items. Most times they look at one or two pieces on the top and then just call the bag/bin done. I've tried four times total in the last year ish to sell to them and they've purchased nothing. I look on their website for what they're accepting and even base what I offer on that. It's a complete waste of time.

I'm a college student and I'm visiting home for my birthday weekend. I brought my clothes into plato's to sell and they told me they'd text me when they were done sorting and it was supposed to be only 30 min. It was nowhere near 30 min. It turned into 2 and a half hours and I had birthday dinner plans and now I can't make it to them because they took their sweet time, all for them to take not even a a fourth of my clothes because they are being very "selective" right now as if half the shit in their store is butt ugly and worn out. I would give a 0/5 if I could.
