Pizza Shuttle

I LOVE the cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño and onion. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

Shuttle is simply clutch. The hours run late, the pizza comes out searingly hot, the prices are right, and the product is great. I've been Shuttle-ing for nearly 40 years and the pizza is still great - as long as you eat it the same day. Next day Shuttle? Meh, not so much, but you're there for the late night pizza fare and Pizza Shuttle just delivers.A walk-in special is a one-topping, 10" pizza and a drink for just $6, and that's a value that's hard to beat. Pizza Shuttle delivers, for sure, long before there were a zillion delivery services. But that pick-up price is hard to beat, especially when the pizza is hot and fresh. It's a college kid's delight at all hours and the price is right. The new digs allow for lots of seating if you dine in and the ceiling tiles, ported from their previous spot, give it that lived-in feel.Maybe some think that the product is mid and yeah, it can be cardboard if eaten cold the next day, but for what you want and when you want it, Shuttle is completely on point. Timeless pricing, delivery is lickety-split quick, and the pizza satisfies almost every time.

It's an institution. Every college kid can sing their radio spots, based off their phone number. It's reliable drunk-pizza, good enough ingredients (way better than the chain abominations), prepared to order and DELIVERED FAST.

Their food is good, usually they serve pizza but also they handout drinks for how many pizzas you get, and they also serve cheese sticks and breadsticks too! Service is amazing, employees are kind, welcoming, and positive. Inside of the restaurant it's so welcoming and friendly.

Good prices; good pizza! Always friendly and they even refunded me when I ordered correctly -even though it was my own fault. My go-to pizza place In Lawrence.

Horrible experience, I went in to get myself a nice pizza from what I THOUGHT was a reputable pizza place. When I received the pizza I realized that there was something wrong with it. The gentleman at the front whose name was Tyreale, was very rude upon entering the restaurant. He handed me my pizza and told me that he had them make it extra special. when I got home to find spit and mucus on my pizza. safe to say unless that man is fired I will not be giving my business here anymore!Edit: If he gets fired this review will cease to exist

Usually much better experience, but the last couple years have been a hit or miss. Tonight the person on the phone was rushing to get us off and didn't take our order for drinks (even though our specials were suppose to come with them) and apparently took our address and phone number wrong (despite verbally confirming both over the phone when they read it back?). Waited an hour and a half and called back and they said "oops your address and phone number were one digit off on both!" So they were going to keep our money and not deliver unless we called. Took over two hours to get two personal size pizzas, still charged us full price despite it being their mistake. Not happy tonight with customer service.

Unfortunately this place is not what it used to be.Pizza is ok but customer service is not existent.The employees taking orders on the phone are rude.Listening skills are lacking, that results in taking the orders incorrectly. Unfortunately I stopped coming here even before they moved.

Had the pizza super shuttle very good always gonna be the best pizza in town. Service was quick.

disgusting. ordered a pizza waited an hour for it, the staff was rude and no patience. didn't realize it was cash only, offered to pay cash, just had to run to my room to get the cash (hotel). he showed up with a shotty attitude and was like 65 years old. he took the pizza and left. poor service. he literally drove here just to leave with a pizza and an empty hand. all he had to dowas have some patience while I went tomy room to get the cash. sad display of service. 0/10 recommend
