Pilgrim Coffeehouse

Kansas City has so many cool coffee shops. And I'm on a quest to try them all. Pilgrim is a newish coffee spot open on gentrifying Troost Ave. on the first level of an apt complex near the Health Dept. Small but very cute on the inside. I had the best cookie butter latte with oat milk. The house made pastries look so fresh and delicious. I plan to try on my next visit.Friendly and prompt service. It's quiet so you could work remotely in the space.Prices are reasonable. No gf pastry options but they do offer milk alternatives.

Thank you Pilgrim Coffee for stepping in and saving this wonderful space when Vested Coffee closed. The Instagram worthy Airstream trailer, tons of natural lighting, indoor and outdoor seating options, tons of greenery, Black Hole Bakery items and a solid coffee menu make stopping in a great experience. The 25th and Troost Beacon Hill location is emerging as a hip little neighborhood just blocks from Crown Center, The Crossroads and the Jazz district. A beautiful little space to chill out on the new and emerging Troost corridor. My cortado and iced lemon cake were a perfect morning start. Kudos to my barista for actually stepping out of the trailer to bring me my order. It's the little details that make an average visit into a solid customer service experience.

I'm new to the neighborhood and trying the local coffee shops. This is a charming food truck, stationed inside the building, with some nice seating by a huge window. Coffee comes directly from Seattle, wheee! The menu is pretty limited, but enough to be interesting, with featured seasonal drinks. My go to drink is cafe au lait, but they only have espresso, so I thought I would try the eggnog latte. However, they were out of eggnog, so I had the gingerbread latte because the barista said they make their own syrup. It was more just sweet rather than noticably ginger flavored, but still pleasant. The service is very friendly and I would venture back to try other items - it's a short walk from my apt.

My first time visiting this small coffee shop and I will be returning. The establishment is small yet very aesthetically pleasing . During my visit the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Bora Bora Tea Lemonade and it was so refreshing. This is a perfect spot for a quick study session as they have seating and large windows offering natural lighting.

recently opened in beacon hill and it's quickly becoming the go-to spot for great coffeeon the menu: golden milk lattetrailblazer barour thoughts: loved the space, both indoor & out. lots of great seating options for cozy coffee date conversations or for catching up on work. the coffee menu has all of your favs along with a fantastic rotating seasonal menu. our tip: make sure to order one of the black hole bakery baked goods along side your coffeekiddo menu available: nope, but kid-friendly options available

We live at the apartments connected to Pilgrim & this spot has become our favorite!! Always such a good vibe & a cozy atmosphere. The food is great - LOVE the trailblazer bars!! Service is always wonderful, the employees are now familiar faces & are what makes this place stand out!
