didnt have what i needed ,if they did they are about 15 more than anyone elsesome bad bacteria in the tankswill skip plus they were all watching us like we would thieve the storewould have to agree with the they sell dying fishwe saw some that should have been helped over the rainbow bridgebut they were selling them that was horrible to observe.

Amazing customer service. They are adding new tanks and plants. I literally go there once a week

No thank you! My husband and I brought our 3 kids in ready to purchase fish as our first pet. Well 3 workers were trying to wrangle a fish from the big tank and one half assed said hello. We roamed around for about 15 minutes and no one came to assist us. I approached them and kindly asked for help as we would have a lot of questions for first time fish owners. They said they would be with us shortly. Another 15 minutes goes by and no one came to help us. We decided to leave and not one peep from the workers as we walked by them. Poor kiddos left sad, but didn't make a fuss at all. You can imagine a 7,5,1 year old's disappointment and not getting to ask about any fish or walk out with anything. So we ended up at PetSmart and spent $120, no fish yet as we still needed more time to ready our tank. We did go home with snails and decor to help speed the process along. We will not be back

THE place for freshwater aquarists. They had some of the most beautiful aquascapes I've seen in person. They are for sale by the way! Their freshwater expert does all of the aquascapes himself and is a walking plant tank encyclopedia. If you've ever had a high-tech planted tank (co2, lighting, etc), or are interested in starting one, he is the person to talk to. The plants for sale were huge and very healthy. If my tank weren't already full I would have taken a few home. I've been all over the city to various places, and some are good, but nothing (and I do mean nothing) compares. I will update with pics next time I go - this time I was too busy looking at things to take pictures!

My five year old daughter and I go to park place every Tuesday night to eat and to go see the fish at Picasso ExoticAquatics.I have worked in the service industry my entire life so I am very aware of what Customer service means . ....especially with a five year old by your side! I just wanted to take time to say that this place is by far the best customer service That i have ever had anywhere! Espresso when it comes to my daughter having fun! I am so bad with names I wish I could remember each and every employee has helped us there but they are all amazing! Chris is the only one that I can remember Out of the many kind people who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable:)!

Just spent at least an hour talking to an employee named Drew. Honestly, I'm amazed at the time he invested troubleshooting and giving his suggestions on a sick Betta that I didn't even purchase at their store. He gave me a ton to think about and was incredibly gracious when I decided not to make a purchase in the moment and go home to figure out what I wanted to do. We've been in the store a couple of times and have had to ask for help vs. having an employee approach us, which is the opposite of what I'm used to from my retail days. However, when you do ask, the employees are kind of amazingly focused on helping whoever they with at the moment, which makes you feel like a million bucks when it's you.**edited a week later** came back for some more help with my sick Betta. Grant helped me this time. Really nice, gave me a lot of info and advice. There were several workers here ready to assist. Honestly, knowing you need to ask for help is great for me because when I want it, I want it, and when I want to be left alone, I don't want anyone asking if I need help. I feel like they're the best of both worlds because they wait till you ask, but are willing to spend as much time as you need once you do.

Knowledgeable staff. Beautiful fish. They offer full service aquarium care as well I believe.

Yea don't bother even coming into this "fish shop". Not only do they have little to no aquarium accessories and dead/dying unhealthy looking fish. Not once but twice have I been disappointed by this place, I called once to ask if they had certain types of fish is stock and I was told that they DID INDEED have the certain fish I was looking for, well upon making the long drive up there NO they did not have the fish in stock apparently they sold them the day prior. Really??? Did they even bother checking ? Secondly they are absolute SCALPERS with their prices. They tried charging me 83.99!! for ONE piece of manzanita wood which is HILARIOUS because I literally had gotten about 6 different pieces of manzanita wood of the same size from a different pet store the day before when I mentioned this I was met with a smarty alecky response from the lady checking me out. There are plenty of better local fish shops out there with much bigger selection and much more knowledgeable and kind employees

You sell dying fish (we had 2 Damsels ($400.00) that joined our well established tank and were dead the next day. You only offered a "store credit", and no refund. Sounds like you keep the money no matter the situation. Bad Business. Oh, and met another past customer of yours that was in a different Fish store that was also completely dissatisfied with your business. Better watch those ratings!
