This was my 1st experience.. & the only reason I'm giving it a 4 was because of the self serve drink station. They didn't even bring water to the table, you had to get up & do that yourself. I did not really care to keep getting up to refill. Other than that, the food was amazing. I had the seafood ramen, my friend had the shrimp ramen, my other friend2 friends the seafood Pho. We all really enjoyed our food. The appetizers were really good. The vegetable dumplings were probably the best thing we ordered. We will most likely go back. Things to fix: I wish the sign was lit, or bigger. I wish they had the name Pho La La in more places. Its a nice name but barely visible. Also, at least offer water to the table. That's all.

We were excited to have a Pho restaurant near home. I made reservations for a group, which I confirmed prior dining. When the 6 of us arrived, the person who greeted and seated us was clueless about our reservation. He spoke with someone else who remembered but didn't have our table set up.There was only 1 server so service was slow but friendly. Two of us ordered Pho and the others ordered standard noodle dishes. We found the pho to be very bland and lacking flavor. Everyone who had the noodle dishes thought they were wonderful. I will try that type of menu item next time. When we had finished our meals, the server offered us take our containers. Noticing that I declined one and had also not eaten ver much of the pho, he asked if I liked it and I told him no. He apologized and removed the charge for my pho, without my request to do so. Getting our checks also took quite a while.Based on my food experience and the slow service and check time, I give it a 3. However, considering the successful food experience of others in my party and the acknowledgment and comping of my meal, I will govern it another try, in the future.

This is a lovely little Vietnamese restaurant! I haven't had the Pho here, but I bet it's good. The spring rolls aren't my favorite but they are good. The crab Rangoon was very crispy and the dipping sauce thin. My wife had the Teryaki chicken which she thought was just okay. I had the beef and vermicelli, which was good. Table service was spotty because they were busy. We had to get our own drinks, but they have a sign advising that may be the case.

Well things have certainly changed since I've last been here. Looks like new ownership as well. The sign on their front store doesn't light all the way up, the restaurant was empty of customers but full of workers and didn't see the old owners so that how we knew everything had changed. The food says Vietnamese but most of the menu is fusion have a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Laos, and Japanese. The place is not as well kept as before from what I remember. They have their own serve station for condiment and drinks. I order some homemade noodle soup, spring rolls, and vermicelli bowl. It's pretty pricey and the food was meh. It had a smell to it that I wasn't too fond of. Not sure if we will be back. It was good to try, but this place isn't up to par as before.

Food: the spring rolls were good with the marinated pork meat, pho was very salty, and the khao piak sen noodles were breaking apart when eaten and were mushy. I was pleased with the amount of meat given and the delicious sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries has crispy, large shrimps that were good!Service: self serve veggie condiment bar for your pho. The herbs were so fresh, but beware because they'll charge you $3 if you waste. Ambiance: cluttered with photos of other items on and not on the menu.

High Quality, Fast, CasualSmall, local 13 table restaurant with an open kitchen. Two page menu with lots of options from healthy to full flavor.Drinks are self-serve with coke products, except for Boba tea ( made to order )Lunch and dinner have the same menu either dine in or pick up.It's a small operation with the local owner cooking every meal ( Closed Sunday )I love that instead of bringing you the toppings, there is a cold buffet with limes, herbs, and everything you need.

I came here right when we first moved here & immediately disliked their pho. Decided to give them another chance..and I absolutely regret spending $40. Ordered for p/u yesterday. Spring rolls. Beef vermicelli & Banh Mi special. I requested extra peanut sauce & extra pickled daikon & carrots. They charged additional $3 for the extras. The peanut sauce for the spring roll was disgusting and slightly oily. As it shouldn't be. The beef vermicelli had a foul smell to it. As if it was left out for a day or 2 before serving to patrons (the beef had a heavy foul smell). The vermicelli was soggy. As it shouldn't be. The banh mi special. Had a slight foul smell (not as heavy as the vermicelli). There wasn't pâté in the banh mi, as there should be, but it was loaded with mayonnaise (I legit gagged a few times before throwing everything in the trash). I don't think I'll be returning. It's unfortunate that they're the only closest Vietnamese restaurant nearby.

This place is simply amazing. We have always been fans but we always end up ordering to go because we get busy and get dinner last minute. Nevertheless, the food never disappoint! This time we went to dine in. It was a perfect treat in this cold weather. The Ramen is very tasty on its own, aromatic and full of depth. The pho broth makes feel right at home. A perfect warm hug that we needed for dinner. The service is convenient, you can serve your own water and soda and you can also get your own condiments for your pho. Everything else is served by the one server who was doing an amazing job keeping up with everyone! Thank you we will definitely be coming back
