PepperJax Grill

Food was very good but the service & attitude of a young lady named Tiffany was horrendous. She obviously didn't want to be there & had everything on her mind except what she was being paid to do. With staff like that it ruins the ambiance of an otherwise great meal. Will not return, might DoorDash but won't return to the restaurantPepper J, it would be great if the matter was addressed further. However I won't be posting my contact information here. I certainly hope others aren't treated like that.

I had a Philly sandwich with cheese fries. It was very good. The cook was very friendly. The prices were reasonable I would eat here again for sure.

Ordered through the app. Got to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready. No one even looked at me for 15 minutes. They made everyone in lines order. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked someone for a refund. 10 more minutes and a phone call they think they got it refunded. Never again.

The food quality is still very good and I trust their cooking, cleanliness and preparation (as opposed to Chipotle's), but their prices for a simple lunch have gone through the ROOF! It shocked me that a steak burrito and drink was about $16....for lunch! Sorry- but that can be a deal breaker no matter the food quality.

Friendly service, like that you can see the food, very fresh ingredients. We had the veggie bowl with rice, pintos, black beans, grilled veggies, raw veggies and no dairy or dressing. Would have given it a 5 stars if they had a separate grill for vegetarian and or vegans. Pretty pricey but the servings are huge and we have enough for dinner later.

Hard to pass up a cheese steak sandwich. Stopped in for dinner and got the famous cheese steak. It wasn't too bad. Had them load it up with peppers, onions and jalapeños. Then they topped it with 4 slices of swiss cheese. They grill everything up right in front of you then slap it on a toasted hoagie bun. I also got cheese fries with pepper jack cheese smothered all over the top! It was worth the trip alone.

A pretty standard chain restaurant, but the quality of food is good and pretty consistent. The best option for a decent Philly cheesesteak in town.

We came upon this establishment thinking we were going to go eat at a steak house but there was a waiting line. Very good food. I had the junior Philly. Plenty big if you are not a big eater. My husband had the pork nachos. Everything was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

I can't eat gluten but these people were nice enough to clean the grill for me so I could have the filling to take home and make it on my bread at home . I don't have issues with most crossovers and it didn't bother me. I have a friend who is severely allergic and the first time it didn't hurt her but the second time it did. I am gluten intolerant. First time here, I got the beef Philly, I was asked if I wanted double meat, I asked how much extra is that, he told me $5, no way since the sandwich is $10. You can watch them grill the meat, onions and pepper. They put it in a bun and you move down the line, they asked if I wanted cheese sauce on it, how much extra is that, $2.50 no thanks. It seems that this place is all about money. It is just too much for what you get. That was my first time and last here.
