We visited the Clinton location not too long ago and are delighted there's a closer location!Bright orange exterior and more neon inside along with some cute booths and Japanese wallpaper, eclectic decor for sure. But you're here for good food right? And the sushi is wonderful.We ordered from the lunch menu and have a hot tip for you: the Yummy Roll is aptly named, go for it! We also tried the Volcano roll, the spicy tuna and the shrimp tempura. Each bite was perfect. Service was attentive and prompt. We'll be back!

Excellent food and service. We came for the lunch special and it was delicious. Very nice menu and variety. We will definitely be back.

I had a great time! I had calamari as an appetizer and it was exactly what you would expect. The Hibachi Chicken was delicious and enough for two good meals! The tempura ice cream was fun and had good flavor, but it was a little smaller than I imagined. The apple sale was really good!The service was good if a little slow at times, but they were fairly busy. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant felt clean, open, and nice.No complaints and definitely going back for more!

Great value and quick service.The pricing for this restaurant is budget friendly. Their ingredients are fresh and prepared quickly. We tried several of their sushi rolls and hibachi offerings, finding all of them to be delicious! The Bento Box was also tasty and offered a nice variety of customization. The hibachi portion is family sized, so you can split an entree with someone if you both want the same thing. I highly recommend the Tornado Roll if you're trying sushi for the first time or curious about sushi.They do serve alcoholic beverages and offer a kids coloring menu. Options for all ages, diets, and preferences.

The place is large and open, clean. A bit bright green, I like it that it is bright and I can read and see my food. Which is excellent, service is fast and fresh. Not from here. Happened to be visiting family and I will come again.

Very good in all categories. The food itself was tasty and fresh. Good explanation was given if you asked about a menu item. The service was quick and they checked back the appropriate amount of times. The decor was not over done and it was spacious without overcrowding tables like some places similar I've been to. Over all I would recommend you go here even if you haven't tried Japanese before as they will help you with your choices. We had the shrimp bento box and loved it!

Super friendly staff, including coloring page and kid-friendly chopsticks, and great food with very generous portions.

Expensive. Girl on phone was dismissive. Must get two or three rolls for lunch special or you don't get that pricing. BUT they list the prices beside the roll....$5.50 for spicy tuna or spicy salmon. Ordered together it's $11.50 on "lunch special" ??????I don't understand how that makes sense.

The service was great! Miso soup excellent. We had the snow angel roll and the hibachi shrimp and fillet all wonderful. . A gem in Harrisonville!

Really like their sushi, only worth it during lunch. The prices go up after 3:00, the portions do not. The vegetables are squishy and not in a good way. No flavor or spices used on vegetables. Usually end up throwing away. The bento box is a good deal before 3:00. Been here handfull of times, will only go back if I have to have right then sushi.
