Hmmm. I wanted to love this place. I really did. My wife was fired up about the burgers. She went through the drive-thru a few days before and loved her burger and fries. We went inside on a Wednesday night. It was not their best night. They misplaced our order and we ended up waiting 20 minutes or longer to get our food. The manager apologized and gave us a large onion rings as a consolation. My burger was cold. They remade my wife's tenderloin, which she liked when they realized we didn't get our order. The onion rings were also not warm. They decided to close the dining room early. The staff was lackadaisical and didn't really seem to care or put forth any effort. Only the manager had a modicum of personality. She was nice, but her team dropped the ball while she was on break. The restaurant was pretty dirty and gross inside.I know they can probably do better. But I had such a bad experience, that I probably won't give them another chance. There are too many other great burgers around.

Their cheeseburger was definitely very good! I did not like how much mustard was in their sauce but everything else about it was very good. It wasn't the cleanest environment but the tables were all cleaned off. I didn't think the swivel seats were very comfortable since they were very stiff and rigid. The ATM is currently out of service but the two arcade games seem like they might work. They have limited trash cans. I think the highlight of this place is definitely the food not the atmosphere.

The banana splits at Paul's are worth the cost and any drive that you may have to take to get there.

BEWARE! Like the other recent reviews, this place was nasty enough for me to post it to warn you. I found mold in my tots...and wish I hadnt eaten most of them before I noticed. I wanted an old style, good n greasy burger, found them online. Went inside because I wanted to see how clean it was when trying it for the first time. It was smelly inside (like old water, must, and a rodent den), there was a TON of dust/dirt on the cieling from out of the air ducts, nothing other then the sitting area has been cleaned or cared for since the 80s it seems. Yhe very large woman taking my order said nothing to me she just looked at me ans waited for me to say my order. I asked if fries are better than the tots, she said she doesnt eat the food there (very telling). I actually had the idea to call the health dept while standing there. Then I noticed on the wall it shows they havent had a regular inspection since 2017.I waited a VERY long time for a big boy burger and tots (around 4pm). Meanwhile I saw the redhead drive thru lady put tots in a bag for an order then used her bare hand to pull out a few fries that she inadvertently scooped in also, and just throw them back in with the rest of the fries smh.The burger actually was very on spot...and very good, they even toast the bun to a slight crisp with oil/mayo. But while eating and driving I noticed a sickening piece of black something inside my tot, so i opened it up to see what it was....and its freaking MOLD! its so sickening! I inspected the burger, but didnt find anything alarming, but i see some other reviewers have, especially with the uncooked chicken. This place is a good, old school concept gone to ABSOLUTE TRASH...eat at your own risk. It should be shutdown...until the owner actually cares about it!

I would say get a whole new staff and get someone in the kitchen who can cook. I wouldn't even have given one star but I couldn't leave a review if I didn't.

We waited - no joke! - almost a full hour in a drive through with 3 cars in front of us. The food was mediocre and the service was TERRIBLE. Not to mention that the food was cold by the time we got it and they couldn't fulfill a simple request for a few ketchup packets! 2 stars for the fact that the food was still at least edible.

The food and services are horrible.bad customer service. I ordered a fish sandwich it was so hard I couldn't eat it Everything smelled like the same.

10/10 great burger 1000/10 fries 10/10 onion rings 10/10 fried mushrooms They were busy, accidentally gave us the wrong order in the drive through and were super nice and quick to take care of us.

Big Boy is fantastic Cheese burger Tenderloin out of this world but get horseradish I am upset about hours every time I go up there from Raymore. It just closed.The other owners had better everything and it was the same people all the time.I have gotten home and no onion rings. No hamburgers. No napkins. It's a mess on service. No ambiance!!!! No
