Party Express Bus

SAVE YOURSELVES. Just don't even think about it. There are many other reputable party bus companies to go to (KC NIGHT TRAIN, or any other) it's not worth the headache dealing with this company. Listen and believe these other reviews.

After confirming the bus and availability and planning my event, I called to place a deposit. After my call was not answered, I left a voicemail notifying the company what date, time, and length of time I would be requesting the service. I had confirmed availability and attendance with the company via text, however, after not returning my call for 3 days, I was informed that the reservation was no longer available. Terrible business practice and extremely unreliable, and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I wish I could give negative stars. This guy is not only a cheat but a liar. Owner cancelled after bus arrived. We deserve a refund. You are a thief!!!! This company is horrible! We wouldn't rent from you again if you were the only place to rent from!

The owner Phil is extremely rude. I was made to feel incompetent when I did nothing other than follow his directions of ways to pay for the remaining balance of the bus "through cash or Venmo". He called in the middle of our family's Christmas party, near the time of boarding the bus, and yelled at me through the phone because he couldn't add the simple math of the multiple Venmo payments. Although the bus was fun and our driver Chris was great, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They were scheduled to pick up our whole wedding party at 3:00 and they texted the Groom at 2:51 saying they would not be picking us up because the bus was not working...they wouldn't answer any calls, or texts to work through the issue. We ended up making tons of calls to other bus companies, and one was able to pick us up and save the day. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT BOOK with them.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! The owner Phil was so unprofessional and extremely RUDE to my friend on her wedding day. There are far greater companies in KC that treat their customers with respect. Do more research and book with someone else! I truly with I could give negative stars.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! My daughter booked this company for her wedding. She called to get the drivers number the day of and Phil spoke to my daughter in a way that I have never heard a business speak to a customer. We have the entire conversation on video. Everyone in the room was completely shocked by his behavior. She booked this bus in advance for her wedding day, having a conversation on the phone with Phil in February letting him know that the day of timeline wasn't finalized yet, but she would need the bus sometime around 12 or 1 and I would let him know the exact time about a month out. He never said there was a problem with doing that. She emailed him a month before the wedding letting him know we would need the bus just 1:30-3:30. When she called the morning of to get the number of the driver so we could coordinate a pick up, he said we could only have it 1-2:45 (still charging for the full 2 hours) and "just because I sent him an email, doesn't mean he read it." Keep in mind, it was the email chain that we had communicated on to book originally. He was laughing at her and mocking her. Save yourself the headache for your important event and book with another company.

do NOT book this company. We had a bus booked for a concert for 8 months and they cancelled 10 minutes before picking us up. 35 girls stranded, they gave us no alternative except paying hundreds of dollars more for another bus. Would absolutely never book them again

Cancelled on 34 girls for the day of Taylor Swift concert!! Said the bus was broken 20 min before pickup time. He had no solution. Laughed when we asked if they could fix it in time.
