Super neat place to eat and hang out with a good variety of vendors! It was insanely crowded on a Friday night. We were recommended this place by a couple walking downtown KC. It's a little out of the heart of the city but wasn't longer than a fifteen minute walk.I got the Mother Clucker Comeback Sandwich with Cluck Sauce and a side of fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly! The cluck sauce was heavy on the sandwich so it took a little flavor of the chicken away but nonetheless, the chicken was juicy and crispy at the same time. The fries were seasoned very well and delicious too.I also got an empanada from Una Mas. It was delicious too! The chimichurri sauce was spectacular! The man behind the counter was so sweet and offered me a pastry since I only got one empanada. Beautiful views, vibes, and food at the Parlor!

Such a fun spot. Plenty of options for seating - bar area, patio, food area, couches, high tops. You can reserve areas, too. The staff are all nice and efficient. We had Mother Cluckers chicken and the fries are delicious paired with the cluck sauce.

Parlor is an indoor food court with restaurants that change from time to time and with two bar areas. I've frequented Parlor several times over the years and it's a great place to grab food especially if you're in a group and everyone has different tastes. It's also a good spot to grab a drink. They have lots of seating including an enclosed outdoor area. If you're having a party they do have a downstairs area that can be reserved in addition to areas within Parlor. They will also sometimes have live music so check their socials to stay up to date. The restaurants within Parlor rotate but the one OG and probably my favorite is Mother Clucker. You can order online from any of the restaurants or use the kiosks set up at each one if someone isn't available to take your order. There are two bar areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. They do tend to get busy quickly but the service has always been pretty fast. I like trying all the cocktails. The old fashioned is one of my favorites.

This is the second time we have visited Parlor, each time with large groups! It is a great environment for the young adult crowd or the sport team crowd! The food options run aplenty so there is something for every person.... Even your pickiest eaters! There is also a central bar area to order a glass of wine or a cocktail as you visit. There was plenty of seating for our girls (soccer team) while us parents sat in the cozy seating area enjoying conversation. I will say the music was SUPER loud and us over 45 had a hard time talking. With that being said I know the location caters to a younger crowd. Huge shout out to the mediterranean food spot! They did a wonderful chicken dish for me that was celiac safe! See... yet again something for everyone!

Saw this place on yelp and decided to visit during a trip to KC. bottom half is like a flea market? i think. they sell vintage items there are a handful of different stalls within the building (fried chicken, mexican, sliders, curry,) i had the potato tacos. very oily. the curry banh mi fusion was only ok. it's nice that you use an ipad to order and they text you when your order is ready. good for groups to hang out since they have a rooftop bar. food wise i did not enjoy but ambiance and location was really cool!

First time visiting Parlor after hearing several recommendations over the years and it did not disappoint. This is such a cool place. I made the mistake of visiting for dinner/drinks on a Saturday evening, and it was beyond busy/crowded. I would love to come back during a weekday and have a quieter experience! Tons of places to eat and all of the restaurants looked incredible. I love that each place has a limited menu, which makes it so much easier to pick something to order. I will say that most of the menu items across the different restaurants are pretty pricey, especially for food-truck-type meals. Most menu items are $15-$20. I decided to order at Deez Nachos and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered their totchos (nachos with a tater tot base) and it was SO good. They were $17 total and very filling. Overall, a really neat concept of a boujee mall food-court vibe. Great experience!

This place is amazing! It's right near the Crossroads so you're surrounded by bustling nightlife, and the vibe inside is cozy and welcoming. I got one of their draft cocktails called Rotten to the Core, and it was so smooth and light - pleasantly surprising. A few members of the group I was with noted that they were able to tell the bartender the kinds of drinks they enjoyed, and just from that they created a killer custom cocktail for them. You can't go wrong with any of the food options, from hot chicken at Mother Cluckers to empanadas, but I ended up going with Tikka Masala Poutine from Elephant Wings - it was incredibly well seasoned with the perfect amount of spice. I also recommend getting some naan to go with it! It soaks up your alcohol intake beautifully! LOL

How has Parlor been open for five years? I remember my first visit well, when I was impressed but felt I had overpaid for a food court. I still agree a bit with my first review, and I'm not sure if it's inflation, or age, or the slow passing of time, or a combination of the three, but I find myself coming back to Parlor again and again, and while I can't say it's a perfect experience I really do have a good time each visit. That alone is worth the added star. Now let's get into it. Food: The food here is all around good. I love that they rotate, and now that it's been a few years I can say that they do indeed change vendors. Not quickly, but slowly as businesses grow and move out they are replaced by new up and comers and honestly everything I've had here has been great. Of course there will be some hits and misses, but I do think that the bar is set pretty high for these vendors, as a whole. Service: Since it's a food hall you typically order at a kiosk and then head to your table to wait for a text that your food is ready. I actually really like this system. The only flaw is when you need more sauce, or something random and have to flag someone down. That can be a bit of a struggle depending on the spot you ordered from. Also, the bar tends to get overly crowded and it's HARD to get a drink sometimes. I kind of wish you could also order from a kiosk here, though I get why that isn't possible. Ambiance: It's still a hip and fun place to explore, and given they are five years in and I still feel this way is pretty darn remarkable to me. It's still cool, still hip, and still fun. They manage to keep it pretty clean for a bustling place, and overall the ambiance really makes this a fun place to visit.

A lot of options make for a lot of great smells walking in the door. You can tell this place is popular but it's wearing well; the table dressings are still present, the furniture is in good shape, and the bar is well-stocked. One of the restaurants had a "closed" sign on the front but still let us place an order online, which was a little confusing. The drinks made at the Parlor Bar were tasty and well-made, with a number of ingredients I'd never had before. They have the luckiest bartenders because the espresso martinis are on tap. Very, very, very white, upper class diners
