Parisi Café - Union Station

The location is perfect for anyone celebrating the Chiefs upcoming Super Bowl appearance or anyone working and using the tunnels!Baristas were very knowledgeable and helpful and the amount of varieties of iced beverages was superb!

Amazing sweet tart pastries and good coffee, the size of union station is awing and a good ambience! :-)

Parisi is so delicious and the Union Station has great staff and even better people watching. I had a traditional cappuccino with honey & cinnamon (not the syrup, the real deal ). It was delicious. I also had a 2 pack of protein balls which were equally delicious and satisfying.Staff was patient and helpful. They have a decent amount of merch and beans for purchase. You can even ask the staff to ground your purchased coffee or espresso beans to-go!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. The cafe is beautiful and spotless. The staff are amazing all the time. The coffee is so good and the prices are really good for everything on the menu. Please go, you won't be disappointed.

We happen to go to this place many times, and we like their coffee in general however, it was in the case this time I took my kids and my other family with me to enjoy your hot chocolate. We were in the line for quite some time and our hot coffee hot chocolate was made. However, the hot chocolate was not even warm. It was almost cold. I told the server that my hot chocolate is not even warm. She said the upper layer would be not warm but as you separate it's gonna be hot Disappointed because the kids didn't like it I would have appreciated a better answer or had them made me a new hot chocolate, rather. they have a cool ambience though. It looks like a really nice coffee place but I would have appreciated the service better even though there were a lot of people and I know it's Christmas time.

Busy cafe in Union Station....we were checking out the beautiful station and wanted a bite. One of the main restaurants was switching over from brunch to lunch and wasn't seating anyone and the other one had a 30 minute wait, so by default, we went here to get some food. Service was very friendly and the coffee was great. I had a biscuit with bacon, egg and cheese and it was just okay. It was hot but the biscuit was kind of chewy and not flaky. It tasted like something that had been frozen and then heated up. But it fit the bill and filled me up, which is what I was looking for. My husband had a couple of sweet pastries and he like those. For coffee and great service, you can't go wrong.

Great place for a coffee or sweets. They had 24oz cold brew!Good flavor. Service was prompt. There's seating around back. Recommend.

Breakfast burrito had "shavings" from the packaging that resembled human hair. Whoever prepared it did not notice the hair and it was served to me like that. And it was a vile experience.

A simple cappuccino brought me to Parisi today. It is absolutely delicious.Both the baristas I spoke with were very kind and helpful.And if you didn't know, because I didn't, they have a whole seating area around the back of the café. Tucked into a corner and nice and quiet!
