Horchata! It's usually $1.95 but since we were the only ones there due to the snow, they gave it for free!
Delicious rice and sweet potatoes. Great dessert to end the meal! It reminds me of the Indian version of this rice pudding

The place was packed on a Sunday afternoon but we got a table right away. The attendants were attentive, kind and efficient towards us even though we were probably the only non-Spanish speakers there. The buffet was very thorough and I knew I was in the right place because there was not a tacky taco or jive burrito in sight. Instead, my daughter and I were greeted with a buffet filled with homemade and delicious entrees, desserts and salad. The favorite dish was the whole Maccarro fish. They were taken as soon as they were placed on the buffet. They also had other fish dishes which were tasty as well. The soups were delicious. There was a giant seafood soup with giant, and I do mean giant prawns. I had the soup with vegetables and meatballs with rice. It warmed my insides to the core and the broth was great. We were given the choice of flour or corn tortillas. There were the traditional Spanish rice and refried beans. There were numerous meat selections and the sweet potatoes were flavorful without being too sweet. All this and the price for two was less than $40. The meal was comfort Mexican food made and served with love. Its satisfying effects lasted hours after the meal. Muchas Gracias to Pardos's Grand Buffet.

This was a shock to me when I found out that there is a Mexican buffet! I went to try it and it was not disappointing! Everything was yummy and fresh. The service was fast and people were super nice! Price was also fair!

The buffet is fantastic! Great way to try many authentic Mexican dishes in one go. The mole chicken was fantastic! Rich mildly sweet sauce and super juicy tender chicken throughout.

Wow! Every time we go, we leave so pleased and full! Their buffet has authentic and flavorful Mexican dishes-- menudo, chiles rellenos, barbacoa, pescado frito, picadillo, chicharrón en salsa verde... the menu options change so what you like one day... might change the next! Aside from these delicious options, a small salad bar and sweet desserts are also available-- usually arroz con leche and sweet potato. Service is always welcoming and attentive. We love their coffee and hearing other people enjoy their food experience. The owners are a delight!

Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Don't go there expecting the usual Tex-Mex food such as fajitas, hard-shell tacos, nachos, and others since there isn't any of those types of food other than rice and refried beans on the buffet. I noticed that the bill gets paid before eating instead of after eating, which is different than most restaurants. The food was decent with quite a few options on the buffet, but a little overpriced at $17 per person including tax during lunch. On the bright side, the staff will bring out as much tortillas (flour or corn) as much as you want during the buffet. Even then, the tortillas were kind of tough to eat, which wasn't supposed to be that way. The inside was very warm due to the heat outside and not enough ventilation inside, and the inside looked quite sketchy. Overall, I won't go out of my way to go there again as there are plenty of other good options in the area.

I joined friends there for lunch yesterday and I was not impressed. The pork was fatty, the fish had no taste, and the beans were runny. In addition, the food was cold and I finally figured that I'd wait for them to bring out new stuff that was hot and then I basically made nacho's and dip out of the some cheese and been concoction, which was the only item that had flavor. The place is cramped and crowded, but the service was good. Given the challenges with space, they do well. I'm going to try it again soon and see if I can raise my review of this establishment

Loved loved loved Pardo's. I've never been to a Mexican Buffet before, just restaurant and I'm telling you idk if it's healthy for me to return! All your favorites are right on the buffet line! Mole, caldo, tilapia, rice, shrimp cocktail (that's is like $13 by its self at a restaurant!) everything! So good. Now if you are picky and use to authentic like home cooked meals, you're going to be a huge critic. But it's good! Especially if you don't want to cook! The buffet is about $14 a person.

My coworkers and I determined the two most beautiful words in the English language is "mexican" and "buffet"Yelp is giving better reviews of this Mexican Buffet than Facebook. Lets start with the good. This is "authentic" MexicanThey have a lot of food to choose from. Lots of sauces to choose from.My experienceThey have Pepsi products. My first plate was some nachos I made. Excellent flavorsIt started out really wellUnfortunately it went downhill after that.I love steak fajitas! They had steak fajitas and I remember looking down at them and thinking - maybe you should try something else.I didn't listen to the little voice in my head and tried theirs. It was gross. It must of been left overs from the night before. Thepeppers and steak were slimy.Gross.As this is a new restaurant I will give them another try.I'll be back in 6 months and hopefully I will give them a better review.
