Paragon Lawns

We were really excited to use this company, but after the first lawn treatment they seem to have forgotten about us as customers. We reached out to schedule the next treatment and they showed up on the very last day of the month during which they said treatment needed to occur. For the subsequent treatment we called to schedule and they told us we didn't need to contact them to schedule each treatment because they would just show up when it was time. That was a few months ago now and they never showed up for any further lawn treatment so we've moved along to another company that is leaps and bounds better at communication. Additionally, we paid to have our yard leveled and the equipment they used did not successfully level the yard. So we asked the new company we hired for lawn treatment to do the same and they did a much more thorough job with this also.

In this day and age one never knows what your going to get until the job is well on its way. If you are shopping for lawn feed services and irrigation work start with Paragon Lawns and save yourself time shopping around. Tim Henry and staff know your lawn and will treat as if you're family. Their techs are courteous, professional and like family. I've been fortunate over the years to have Craig service our irrigation system and truly feel he goes above and beyond on every call. Customer service is very difficult to train but with these guys it comes naturally.
