Pancho’s Mexican Food

Everything here is so good and the workers are so nice. Food always hits. I've never been into the restaurant, but the drive though is always quick.

I stopped by one day. On my way to work to pick up a quick lunch. Unfortunately I did not look at it before I left the parking lot. I got home and it was a completely different order. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back and exchange it as I had to leave for work. It was expensive and a waste of both my money and time

When I saw the sign that said Pancho's would be open 24 hours, I cried with happiness. Just think... 24 hour access to Mexican food. WOW!!The WOW turned to WOE after one visit. Okay... I will grant Pancho's some concessions. It was the first day they were open and they were swamped. Really swamped. I know they have to work out the bugs. I just didn't think there were so many bugs. Since this restaurant is the second one open in the area (the first is in Topeka), I thought they would have things worked out. My order was wrong. I ordered a chimichanga combination plate. I got a chimichanga but paid combination price. The clerk gave me my food but forgot to take my money. I had to remind her I had not paid. Good for her I am honest!Those missteps could be overlooked. The taste of the food, though, could not be overlooked. Worst Mexican food I've ever had. The chimichanga had no seasonings or flavor at all. It wasn't crispy, it was microwave stale and just tasteless. It was so bad I am not sure I can ever eat a chimichanga from any restaurant ever again from anywhere. Perhaps it's my imagination but the food was not friendly to my gastrointestinal system, either. Within 12 hours, the bathroom got really far away. Pancho's was the only variable in my diet. Things that make you "Hhmmm..."Perhaps there is a reason why this place is open 24 hours. They are going to need the business. WORST EVER.

Decent quality. I gave an extra star because they stay open late.My favorite is the California burrito.

Felt a bit lazy over holiday break & decided to order breakfast burritos from Pancho's. Their breakfast burritos are served all day, yes! I ordered their Crazy Burrito (ham, chorizo, eggs, & potatoes). I was a bit put off at first by the $7 price tag on a breakfast burrito with no sides. Then, I picked them up... HOLY COW! Their breakfast burritos are gigantic! Their size puts Chipotle burritos to shame. My burrito was easily 12 inches long & roughly 3-4 inches in diameter. I ended up only being able to finish half of the burrito & saved the rest for the following day. The burrito reheated nicely. Their mild sauce (green) is pretty tasty. If you're getting it to go, It comes in tiny containers so you'll want to request several. Their hot sauce (red) packs a kick.

A lot of people talk poorly of this restaurant, but I am not one of them. My experience here has been filled with smiles, laughs, and extremely long hugs. Always ask for Julio if you get the chance to go in. He gives the longest hugs that start at the hips and move all the way up to grabbing your face with love. He will also accompany his hugs with an angelic voice that soothes the soul while he sings you his gentle songs in Spanish(although I don't speak Spanish very well it is quite the delight). And if I were to guess why the hugs are so long and passionate I would say it's because they treat everyone like la familia. That means family in Spanish. If a restaurant were heaven and heaven were a restaurant I would say it was this place. God Bless and Mi a la customo la life

Would give 0 star if I could. Customer service good. Food and price horrible I'm Mexican and let me tell you la comida y el precio es un robo. I asked for guacamole and the have blended aguacate salsa like hello.???? The I asked for the two enchiladas which is the name on the menus and the picture came with rice beans and una ensalada. The literally only gave me the enchiladas and they charged me 11$ So expensive. This ain't no fancy Mexican food bruh too expensive for absolute shit. Also I don't know where these people are from in Mexico or if they are even from there pero enserio que la comida es un insulto a todos los mexicanos en Estados Unidos. And let me tell you one burrito is like $12 for just meat and like a guacamole in the inside What I mean is I usually burritos come with more they either come with rice beans the meat of choice some type of guac some cheese this place charges you so much for absolutely nothing in the bare minimum this burrito should cause six dollars max.

Queso is ice cold. Prices are insane compared to the one in Salina. Burrito is large but not the best.

If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. I literally never review places but am making an exception to warn people to NEVER GO HERE. I waited 45 minutes at a restaurant that looked closed for a pickup order, meaning it should've already been made. I had to call the store 5 times before someone finally picked up and said they'd bring it to the window.I got home only to realize they left out the cheese dip I ordered which is the part I was most excited for.I've been calling for 30 minutes trying to get a refund on the $5 I was charged for this but the person working there took the phone off the receiver instead of picking up, so they just took my money and won't give any way of refunding it.The food is so bad that even though I haven't eaten in 12 hours, I could only stomach a couple bites. Truly the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. The enchiladas are soggy and super salty, the rice is dry and bland, and the tamale is mushy with an odd after taste. I am not a picky person, either!Terrible service, long as hell wait time, terrible food. I'm so thoroughly disappointed and angry by this experience, so save yourselves the trouble! Go literally anywhere else!

$20.00 for two chiles rellenos burritos that were inedible. A waste of ingredients, time and money. Pathetic. When you roast a chile for rellenos, after removing the skin you must also remove the seeds & veins from the interior. It is generally stuffed with a decent quality cheese such as queso Oaxaca, not whatever runny muck this place is using. Hell I'd have been happy with plain old real cheddar. Pico de galllo is made up of fresh tomatoes, cilantro and some chopped onion, not 90% chunky raw onion with a few sprigs of cilantro. There was so much raw onion stuffed into these miserable burritos that it stunk up the car. Sorry Panchos, back to cooking school for you...
