It's very hard to find exclusive plant based cuisine in the BBQ capital of the world. Organic Soul KC is a must have for any vegan and vegetarian food lover. Their food is amazing and delicious. Even if you aren't having a large or catered event, inquire about their delivery options. I had the fried chicken, greens, potato salad, cream corn, and rice and bean dinners. It was actually dinner for two. The owner accommodated my order and delivery was prompt. Everything including the sauces- Barbecue, Buffalo and Thai Chili was amazing. Top notch all around. I will definitively try them again in the very near future. A must try for any vegan/vegetarian foodie.
