Once Upon A Time

Once Upon A Time is a Personal Assistant and Concierge Service - they do lots of things but I use them mostly for every day errands and to sit at the house during repairs and services. I have also used their service when traveling which is fantastic because when you come home, you can just go about your routine (you don't have to go and pick up your mail, or go to the grocery store, or tidy up the house because these things have already been done for you.)I cannot say enough nice things about Once Upon A Time.

I've shopped here several times and went back even though the selection is extremely limited. They get one star for cleanliness but that's all they've got going for them. The issue with the store is the staff professionalism. Employees give children dirty looks when they start crying and joke about stepping on children (to hurt them). Overall the store is unprofessional and does not have enough selection to be worth the drive. Bottom line: shop somewhere else where you don't have to worry about the safety of your child around the staff.
