Omega Rides

Tried to book a ride with Omega a while back and it was a bust. The responsiveness and quote were positive initially, but they weren't helpful when we needed a rear-facing car seat despite saying "we are set" for the car seat when I attempted to book.Our issue came just a few days before the trip. I had booked it and wanted to not worry, but instead I had this creeping feeling that they wouldn't have the right car seat. I had to write back to confirm our reservation, and again on the car seat I said it is for a 1 year old, needs to be rear facing. Right before the trip he writes back, "Oh i do not have rear facing" and... end communication. I wrote back "What kind of seat is it, is it convertible?" and he had dropped at that point. Not exactly reliable for something like an airport shuttle that makes their living on being reliable. Luckily I was able to find another one right before the trip. They might have been a notch more expensive but was 100% more professional and reliable.

Reliable and professional. Clean vehicle. Low stress ride. I travel frequently. With longer trips I prefer to get a ride rather than leave car in parking long term. I've had my share of experience with unreliable service. Which is why I'm please to have found Omega - you can count on them.

It's hard to give Omega Rides any rating when no driver showed up. I had sent emails confirming dates and times, along with my street address, prior to the day of my flight and received responses from the owner. The day of my flight, no one showed. I attempted to text and call the number that was provided, but didn't get a response. I would not recommend.

Even after email and text message confirmation of my scheduled pick up, the driver DID NOT SHOW UP nor did he answer calls or texts. Fortunately we were able to get an Uber (at 4 am) and made it to the airport in time for our 6 am flight. This is unacceptable.
