Food is average Chinese food, nothing exceptional but nothing gross or non-edible, we enjoy it when we want a quick convenient Asian meal. I hadn't been for awhile and was excited to see they had added sushi to the menu, but again it was average. This used to be a place we'd consider when wanting this type of food until I also discovered on this most recent visit they now charge a 3% surcharge for non cash transactions. So it is a now a place I probably won't ever go to any longer, however if I do the surcharge will definitely be deducted from the tip with a note. *Most people no longer carry cash as well as most businesses don't want to deal with cash. There's more labor to maintain it, more stealing, pickups/dropoffs, etc. Businesses that choose to charge credit card surcharge fees are just finding an excuse to bring in more money for a service they actually prefer. Dishonest in my opinion.

Area was bright and clean, server was friendly. Note on the front door advised patrons will pay surcharge if using a credit card. Prices on website and takeout menu need updated as prices have changed. Pork dishes start at 8.95 and go up a dollar for chicken and more for beef or shrimp. You are also charged an extra dollar for rice. My 8.95 lunch with rice cost 11.10 before added credit card charge or tip. Soup was good, meal was very average. Is definitely not the Old Wok I remember from Liberty.

Best generals chicken in the area and the workers are super nice. Pay cash as they charge you for running cc. Only thing I don't like is that they put the food into styrofoam and it melts that, they could upgrade to plastic or something. I request the food to be put in foil on my orders which helps. If you live In the Northdland, you should check out Old Wok. Service is quick and friendly. Order ahead is avalibke and I would highly recommend it. Overall they have great food.Parking is super easy to find and the business is easy to locate. I would highly recommend ordering for lunch. They have unbeatable prices for lunch time. Many dishes are available for under $8. One dish I really like is the general tso a chicken. It is super flavorful and Crispy! Check it out!

We've eaten at Old Wok many times before & always loved the food, but there must have been a change in Management recently, because the food we got to go from there tonight was definitely NOT good. The egg drop soup tasted & smelled like chemicals & was absolutely inedible (I had to go back to get a refund for it). The chicken in the Almond Chicken dish was unappetizing clumps of mostly chewy gristle, not sliced chicken as they've used in their dishes in the past. It's really too bad, because their food used to be so good, but we won't be going back to eat there again.
