Stooped by for a quick bite & some drinks since it was nearby our hotel.Strawberry basil lemonade: resembles a strawberry mojito mocktail, i thought it had a bit too much basil other than that it was okay.Sicilian pizza rolls: mostly dough and barely any pepperoni. Customer service was good and friendly.

Make sure to bring popcorn!? We rarely visit this restaurant because we have always had some sort of an issue, whether it was a service issue, an issue not getting exactly what we ordered or food quality. Everytime, there has just been something off. It is sad because we live nearby, so this should be somewhere we could go regularly. We are a family of five, so we don't keep going to places where we consistently have issues because with five, it is a lot of money. We go places where we know food and service is going to be consistently good. It was just mom and dad tonight, so we thought a beer and pizza sounded good, so we gave Old Chcago another try. We kept noticing all the servers congregating around the bar. The servers weren't on the floor and we could hear other tables complaining. We had salads brought by someone wha wasn't our waitress. Our waitress didn't come by to make sure they were okay. Our pizzas came like a minute after the salads which is never good. The ceasar dressing was so salty, it was inedible. If our waitress would have checked on us, we could have relayed that. The pizza was really, really good tonight though. The entire time we were there, the servers kept going to the bar and standing around, then they would all walk back into the kitchen We couldn't figure out what the deal was. The dining room almost completely cleared out pretty quickly. We were planing to have another beer, and just enjoy our night out, but decided we would rather just go home. When we asked for our check, our waitress commented on how quickly the dining room cleared out. We commented that service was spotty tonight and we heard othere commenting about it as well. We mentioned how people were noticing all the servers congregating around the one woman at the bar. I kid you not, out server said "well, she had popcorn." So apparently, bring popcorn if you want good service here! How tacky and inappropriate for all the servers to be congregating around someone at the bar eating popcorn! This only helped us remember why we don't come to Old Chicago. Oh, and all the outside lights were off tonight. Initially, we thought they were closed, but they were probably just not turned on because the staff had popcorn to get to and forgot to flip the light switch.

We visited Old Chicago for lunch and decided to order a pizza. We were impressed with the many different crust styles, including a gluten free cauliflower. We ordered the Chicago 7 with the Chicago style crust. The crust was excellent. Not overly doughy. The toppings were plentiful, with plenty of sauce and cheese. We also ordered Caesar side salads. The lettuce was fresh and not overdressed. Service was great. Our waitress, Carrie, was attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we need.

Food took forever. Ordered Salad & Italian Nachos. Everything came out at the same time. Italian nachos piled on a dinner plate & overcooked. Salad had lettuce & cucumbers. Pizza looked like microwaved pizzas. Burnt on edges raw in the middle. Kids yogurt & strawberries. Strawberries were moldy. Who would serve that to their child?The food was not eatable!Poor waitress had to serve that awful looking food Waters's did her best with what she had to put up with. Wasn't her fault the back kitchen took their time!

We went here for the first time today. The service was great and that's the only thing that was great. Whoever manages this place does an awful job. It's dirty. The walls, floors, bathrooms very dirty. The food was just okay. I would not recommend this place. It will probably be closed in 6 months anyway.

The service here is terrible. Sitting with empty glasses while the employees goof off is so frustrating. Appetizer came out with our food with not even an explanation or apology. Had to ask for our server every time we needed something. Not sure if the owner cares or not, but if it were me, I would send in a secret shopper.....I like the food and would come more often but the service prevents me from that......

Haven't been here in awhile. Used to come frequently but the service had gotten pretty bad. Giving it a 5 this time because of Nicole! She was the bartender and our server. She was so friendly, and thoughtful. We had a beer and Buffalo rolls and ordered burgers to go. I will say the Buffalo rolls were a lot smaller than they used to me with way less filling and no celery which I guess they don't do anymore. But they still tasted great! The beers were nice and cold and our burgers we took home were made to perfection. And Nicole made sure we receive all the condiments we needed with extra napkins. If service and food was like this everytime I would return much much more. Service is really hit or miss here so it was awesome to have a great experience.

I never write reviews but this is quite literally the worst location ever, I wish I was exaggerating. Our order is messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's not even something small like missing sides of ranch (which they do), but it's the entire pizza is wrong, the crust is wrong, every single time. The customer service when ordering on the phone is horrible. They have no clue what they are talking about, they are way too confused, they don't know their menu, they need to be trained. They are unapologetic and rude. I would never recommend this location to someone.

Not sure if it's just bad timing for service but went to this establishment this evening and literally couldn't believe between the bartender who's just hunched over gawking at her customers (one might be her boyfriend or she truly wanted a great tip) and the waitress waiting 2 tables inside I'd say we were seated for 7 minutes without any type of service. When walking out the bartender clearly could care less. I get it though. That whole experience was insane to me. Call it how you see it it's poor management.
