Friendly service. The staff (especially Cameron) went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. One of the best retail experiences I have ever had.

They had a very nice selection of guns, but a few things that were super cringe here with the attitude from lil white guy who works there. I saw him release the slide on an (obviously) empty magazine, which in my opinion is very unnecessary wear and tear on a firearm- but he told me he does it "all the time"...eau. I would most certainly compare that to a car salesman who peels out in a car you might be interested in purchasing...just totally unnecessary. Anyway, buyer beware, if I did decide to buy a gun from them- I'd most certainly disassemble it to check the parts- but I am not like most people. On the way out I asked another employee if he knew of a Glock armorers course available in the area. The lil guy piped up to let me know that "he was sure I could find a YouTube video of some 12 year old teaching the course in 5 minutes allll daaay looong" OK. Let's unpack this a little. First of all, the Armorers course is an 8 hour course that is typically reserved for: Law enforcement, military officers, security, Glock dealers, or range employees. Secondly, a 12 year old? really? That would mean that 12 year old started learning the inner workings of guns around age 10...Which would likely mean that the kid has a very high level of engineering somewhat almost even intuitively, as if he was somehow regressing to a previous life and upon death the soul entered said 12 year old Certainly not IMPOSSIBLE, but personally- I wouldn't have this guy working at my shop front facing the customers.

Great place to buy guns. Helpful staff that are polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Do not FFL here. $40 a piece. Just to fill out paperwork. Found other places half price or cheaper. The customer service was excellent and staff always friendly.

I always have a great experience purchasing a gun at Olathe Gun Shop. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The first gun I purchased from them was my first time buying a gun. I wasn't super knowledgeable and was a bit intimated. They really took the time to help my choose a gun and were patient with me. They even gave me a referral for shooting classes. They have my business for life.

Really nice shop. Clean with a broad selection. Their real strength is their friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. When I purchased a shotgun yesterday, I learned more than just the features of the gun. After decades of shooting I find I have not been shotgunning correctly! Thank you, guys!

Done business a few times with them. Out of five services, not one was good. Overpriced for sure. I had to take each one home and redo myself for clean up their work. It took me 5 times and over $1500 of work to realize I need to find somebody else. Don't mean to be a d*ck, but I've had enough.

Decided to check this store out and didn't have a great experience. Prices were high, as others have noted. An employee seemed to be upset that a patron wanted to remove the slide from a used pistol to look at wear. Seemed like a perfectly reasonable thing to want to do before purchasing a used gun. Another person working was loudly arguing with someone on the phone, repeatedly telling the other party that he couldn't help them and they needed to contact a lawyer. I only heard half the conversation but from the tone, it wasn't something store patrons should be hearing. When someone asked to help me, I inquired about a semi rare gun since their webpage specifically mentions their ability to find oddball items. The person did a cursory check of their web store and then went on to attempt to sell me on anything else but the thing I asked about. Not unexpected but then he became very questioning of why I would be interested in such a thing and then outright rude when I stated I wasn't looking for a recommendation on something else, just if they can or can't get what I asked for. I attempted to say thank you and move on politely but this attitude continued. Overall, I was very unimpressed with their people. At that point I was ready to leave, nothing I saw wasn't available elsewhere for less money and less attitude.
