Selection is great. I know if I'm looking for it I can find it here no question asked. First beauty supply i visit in Kansas and still 3 months later have all of the supplies I bought that day. Almost had to put things back cause I was breaking budget but most definitely recommend

I've supported this business for over ten years and I've had an okay experience each time, sometimes better than others. The feeling of being watched as if I'm going to steal something a few times but not enough to make me not go back.This last time I'm 6 months pregnant it's July and 90 degrees outside and I've got my two year old with me.She has to go potty, and the door to the bathroom was locked so I went to see if they could open it for me. The older lady at the counter said there was no bathroom there, which indeed there was. I told her it was for my two year old and she still persisted that there was no bathroom in the business. Started going on with her work and pretty much ignored me after that. I had to walk to another business to use the restroom for my toddler.It's very ridiculous to not let a paying customer use the restroom when there is clearly a restroom that works! Instead of asking the owner or someone else that worked there if they could make an exception for my daughter she just ignored me after that. Will not be going back to support their business.

First of all let me say, I have not purchased a thing from the store as of yet. This was my first time finding this place, and my history with wigs goes back to high school so I am a wig Guru and I know what I want and I know when I shop, i know what I'm looking for. That being said, this shop is massively stocked which I love. Rows and rows of beautiful wigs ,hair pieces, just about everything you want to purchase for hair they have it. Combs brushes, styling equipment ,makeup jewelry, clothing, you name it they got itI seen the two negative reviews and I'm sure that they are correct in finding the practices and the people who work there being racist. I've had that problem at other Asian beauty supply stores. More than likely if I come back, I will be testing whether I am treated as a customer who's willing to spend money or whether I'm just treated as another black person who needs to be watched. This review is strictly on what I witnessed today, I love how I can get through the Isles without stepping over things. I love how things are sitting up high so that I get a clear view of everything that they have to offer. And I was not followed around in the store, now that may have something to do with the security cameras I saw all over the store oh, but you have to look up to find them. But in other beauty supply stores I have been followed by other Asian store owners who act like they're restocking stuff when in actuality they're watching me. I didn't run into that this time. It felt good to freely walk the isles and check out the merchandise without someone making me feel like i was on an episode of cops. I even spoke to the old Asian lady behind the counter and told her that I was not from the area and more than likely would come back because where I live there is no beauty supply store. She appeared to be friendly and cordial, and even said she'd like for me to come again. I reserve whether my review will ever change, it depends on my next visit but, for my first time here, I was quite impressed

Will never return went in to purchase a hair bundle. Lady told us if it is not the correct item can return. Came back within the hour.She started smelling the hair. Said the hair had been pressed.Who presses hair on the cardboard that has bands that were never cut. Then she goes to say that it had a smell like product had been used on it. So, if you're okay with defamation and slander of character.This is your place to shop. Black people stop shopping here. I notice they were watching a black girl on camera the whole time I was there. We work hard for our money to be treated like criminals. There not even listed on the BBB.

I have been to the store so many times,and i love the wigs great quality and price.Most of these wigs there are very comfortably to ware and so many style/color to chose from.But there are so many other items to check out it;s worth to go shopping the people who work there are very friendly.

I dont know if the owners are racist but when it come to their security system, it has a lot to desire. I shop there for the perfume oils. I purchased 3 bottles totaling $9. When walked thru the security post the alarms went off. They searched my purse but also took out all the contents, opened zippered pouches, held up my bottles of oils I bought months ago to the light to check the amount..there was about 5 of them..told to empty my pockets and the patted me down. My purse was passed around over my head to 2 other employees like it was the crown jewel. At one point my purse disappeared around the corner for more searching I assume. I had cash in there that is not in there now. I'm not all the knowledgable in the legal system...no reason to..but I think they broke about 4 different laws with in 10 minutes. They alot of business that day. I passed the word to elude any of my good friends from that kind of embarrassment. I now shop Amazon. I am not a thief and they found nothing...all that for $9 that I paid for legally.

People are hating. This place has damn near everything and good prices. I only wish they were open later.

I called this place and was trying to ask a question and said hello and the person hung up on me. Would not recommend this business.
