Oh Wow

Oh Wow Balloon boutique sits in the "horseshoe" of shops down in Westport. First things first. Is this place ever open? I swear all the times I've been in WP, I walk by only to find this place closed, even on days when they are supposedly open.The place is small. So much so that two people can find themselves sharing clothes. You can tell that balloon twisting and shaping is a passion for the folks here but I was more underwhelmed by the whole experience and crowded space. Sometimes you just come in thinking of a party-like atmosphere and all I felt was boredom.
