Nottingham Forest Park

This pleasant park is located beside a wooded creek area in a nice residential area. The park offers a nicely maintained, winding, 0.3 mile hiking/biking trail to the north of 141st St and an inaccessible wooded area to the south of 141st St. The trail is connected to Overland Park's extensive trail system.I enjoyed the nice walk through nature but the nature sounds competed with the traffic noise from nearby Antioch Road.BTW, the nice pool, tennis courts and parking lot are not part of the park, but are instead amenities offered to members of the local HOA.Overall, A-OK.
