I rounded up. I feel 3 stars isn't enough but 4 is pretty generous lol. I figured that even though there is a lot that could improve here, it's still one of the safest and best skating rinks in the general vicinity. I plan to have my daughter's 4th Birthday party here. Initially I was trying to find a better, cleaner rink with better bathrooms but sadly that doesn't exist at a reasonable price point. So let's start with the good. The skating staff are exceptional. Even many of the super frequent patrons take it upon themselves to watch out for little kids and check on them every time they fall. Staff checked in several times and several young kids between 7 and 12 were constantly checking in with them after every fall, helping them get their trainers back etc. the music was super fun and my kids skated hard for 3 hours! They are 12, 5 and 3. I had to size down on my skates, pay extra for trainers and I wasn't impressed with the concessions at all. It took FOREVER for $7+ nachos, mozzarella sticks (overpriced as well), and a hot dog. The hot dog and drink were on special for $2.50 a piece so those were the best deal. But I spent nearly $100 on the 3 hours there with 3 kids and myself skating. And I don't understand how, at that price point they haven't upgraded anything in the 40 years it's been around. There is literal grime built up for 40 years, the bathrooms have short wood doors that someone tall could see over and there isn't much space at all. Not family friendly for a family establishment. I attended a party here probably about 13 years ago and was disappointed in the grime then as well. I told myself I'd never do one here. But I am because it's basically the only option. I do understand the nostalgia of not upgrading. I just think a good strip and wax of the floors or painting over some grime would go a long way.

Pros: everything was clean and in good repair. Snack bar has a good selection and uses pagers for order pick up. Rental skates are in good condition. Skate trainers are helpful for the littles. No charge for non-skaters. Cons: birthday parties are held the same time as open skate on Sundays. Every table in the snack bar was occupied for a birthday part group, which made it difficult to get snacks. The place was so crowded in the non skating areas because of the birthday party traffic. The PA announcements were only audible near the snack bar. We won't be back for open skate on Sundays.

My bff rented this place out so we could all hang out with each other and have fun skating. I got to see all my old bffs, friends, and people I haven't seen in ages. The place was huge to skate around. Dining area is kinda small for a huge party though. Staff are friendly, good concession stands, and fun time when it comes to skating with your friends, kids, or dates.

The staff is fun to be with on the floor, everything is nice and clean, they have great rental skates, and concessions are fast at what they do.

This was a pretty good roller rink. The staff were all friendly and good and attentive. For example the young woman who was patrolling the roller rink itself and skating along with everyone was very good at making sure kids didn't get hurt and that everything was safe, but she was polite about it and not overly policing, which is unusual at a roller rink. It was reasonably clean for a roller rink and in good repair, though clearly on the older side. Pricing was reasonable and the skate trainers (walker thing to lean on while learning) rental for $2 were very helpful. They have plenty of seating for grown-ups -- carpeted bench all along the side, and a concession area with picnic tables on the one end. My spouse thought the music was too loud and it was a bit torn up, but I thought it was fine. Parents who aren't skating don't need to pay, which is refreshing and family friendly. They have an air hockey table which was helpful because my 4.5 year old was a little young for this and needed something else to do after skating didn't work out too well. They also have a whole bunch of those (annoying to parents) things to put money in and hopefully capture a little toy. Plenty of cubbies for shoes, but I didn't see any lockers or larger spaces for backpacks or larger possessions. They have a water fountain, also helpful, this was great exercise!! I would definitely come here again.

Went today from 2-4. The place was severely understaffed for a Sat. Not sure what happened but a staff member or two that did show up quit mid session, which left no referees on the floor with a ton of patrons. Concession line was super long with no help and 4 birthday parties. It will be awhile before we return!

A amazing place to hang out, have birthdays, and just generally have fun! The food is decent, often popular, nice big skate floor, ok amount of arcade games, a good place. While it is nice, there are some problems. The roof is kind of leaky during rain, and the building isn't the cleanest place on earth. On a bench, I always see icky stains, and are often just walking around and occasionally skating. There arent many places to sit, even though this is a very popular business. The skates are nice, sanitary, but occasionally have flaws, like wheels leaning. Overall, great place to bring your family, although it's not in the best condition.
