I rented 6 round tables, 2 rectangle tables, and 164 chairs. (The venue has tables for 200 people and chairs for 400 but we split them between ceremony site and reception and my guest list was ridiculously large). Anyway, I booked all this to be delivered on Saturday at 1030am. Booking was simple, prices were outrageous, but reasonable compared to other companies so I went with it. It came to $600 total. I paid $50 deposit and had the remainder in cash set aside for when it was delivered. The owner called me on Tuesday or Wednesday telling me they could deliver early, and drop them off on Friday free of charge. I thought, "Sweet! I can get all the decor done Friday and not have to worry about a thing on Saturday". Company called me on Friday and said delivery would be between 4p-6p. I told them anytime after 12pm so that was fine. I got a text Friday at 5pm stating the delivery crew got held up and wouldn't make it until 7p-8p or they could come in the morning between 8a-9a. Keep in mind, this text came from a random number that did not identify themselves in any way. I requested they deliver them Friday night as I had planned to decorate accordingly. They told me no problem they will come Friday night. At 7:30pm I texted and asked for an update. I was told delivery crew was finishing their event and heading from Overland Park to my venue. At 8pm, I requested an exact ETA so I could let the venue know when we were leaving. No response. At 8:30pm, I tried calling. The only phone numbers I had was the number that was texting me and the number listed on their website. I was not provided a delivery driver's number. Both numbers went straight to voicemail box with the owner's name. I called multiple times, texted "hello??"...crickets. We finally left the venue at 9pm. On Saturday morning at 630 I got a text "Hello, I'm not sure what happened with the delivery crew last night. I do apologize. A crew will be arriving within an hour and a half". At this point, I am beyond frustrated that the company ghosted us Friday night after THEY offered to deliver early. At 8am, I text the number back and ask for an ETA, as they should have arrived at 8am according to the last text I got. I was told "driver will be arriving in 41 minutes". At this point, my husband and I have lost all trust in the company and started to panic. We were minutes away from racking up a credit card at Sam's Club on tables and chairs. The driver finally calls my husband directly, and says he is 10 minutes out. He arrived sometime between 9 and 9:30am. He told my mom the worker that was supposed to deliver backed out and he got called in to do it himself. Unfortunately, he definitely got the brunt end of some very frustrated customers. My husband did call him back later and apologized for taking it out on him, but explained that he was the only person we could talk to as the owner would not answer her phone. Anyway, the day goes on just fine. We had enough tables and chairs. Sunday rolls around. Pick up was scheduled for 1130am. We had not heard a single word from anyone in the company. They are supposed to call when they are on their way. We called multiple times, nothing. We were all so exhausted, we just went home. Never heard anything all day Sunday. On Monday, I was supposed to go back to work but I was so stressed out about these damn tables and chairs, I told my husband I wanted to pull up to the office to pay these people so they can't hold anything over our heads from their mistakes and TERRIBLE communication. As I am pulling into their parking lot, the owner calls me. She tells me a delivery driver was on their way. I reminded her that pick-up was scheduled for Sunday at 1130am and they are 24 hours late. I then went on to let her know how dissatisfied I was with her company and communication by employees. She goes on to make excuse after excuse and give very empty and meaningless apologies. She did not sound shocked, remorseful, or in any way upset. She defended herself and that is all. She did not offer once how she could make this better for us. Once we told her that we were not paying full price due to the service we received, she threatened to take us to court. I reminded her that I was looking directly at my contract, which specifically states drop off and pick up times. Which neither were met on her part. She then tried arguing with me, saying "well the rented items were dropped off in time. It was delivered before the original drop of time". I again reminded her that SHE was the one that offered to drop them off early. If she could not accomplish that, I would have been 100% okay with that. But that was not communicated with me in any way. I was told drivers were on their way, they never showed up, and I got a text the next morning saying "I'm not sure what happened". While she continued to make excuses, I was baffled that she would have delivery drivers out at 9pm or later, driving across the city and not have any idea what happen

My wife made arrangements with them to set up a tent and deliver table and chairs on Saturday. They called us Friday and said they needed to setup today. We explained the reason we scheduled for Saturday was the area would not be available before then. They then said it was our fault to reaching out as late as we did. Nothing was mentioned at the time of scheduling. So 1 day prior they canceled on us leaving us and 50 guests hanging. Extremely unprofessional and would not under any circumstances recommend this business. I can assure you that if the tables were turned they would not find this acceptable. Beware!!!
