We've been customers of Mail Print, which is now NextPage, for 10+ years! NextPage made a mistake on our 'post card mail out' this spring - they dropped an entire sentence off. This mistake was not on the 'proof' I approved. We are not one of their largest customers but nevertheless, we paid for a service and expected it to be mailed out the way we approved it. On March 14, 2017 I called and left a message with the CEO of the company and informed her of the mistake. Right away, she sent a follow up email stating and she would look into this issue and get right back to us. We have NOT heard back from her. We have left 3 more voice messages and another email with NO response. We are more upset about the way we've been treated than the mistake they made on our post card. We feel this could have been handled more professionally. The Lack of concern for us as a customer is very disappointing!June 14, 2017 - Still have heard NOTHING from NextPage!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!
