Great hidden spot on the Gravois Arm. Nice covered docks for the boat, plenty of shade and a large bar area with frozen drinks. Large pool that's kind friendly and complimentary chips and salsa when you order. Ice cream shop in the gift shop and a c store on the docks. Still under a bit ofconstruction, but will definitely be a stop next year.

Really wanted to like this place. We tried it a few weeks back before the pool was finished and there wasn't a big crowd. It was a 'taco Tuesday' without any choices to the tacos and my tacos were oily and wet and not crisp at all. I told our server and she was just like "yeah, it happens". Pretty disappointing response. They're spending a ton to get this place running and I hope it's just kinks to work out. We will give them another try someday.

I anxiously awaited this Mexican restaurant to open. I was majorly disappointed! Our family has spent lots of time at the lake of the ozarks over the past twenty five years. This is the only restaurant that I haven eaten in (including the Caribbean and Mexico) that ants were in the ice water and soft drinks. The chips were stale, the food bland, and way over priced for the quality of the product. No one in our party liked their food. I love Mexican food both tex-mex and authentic. I'm really hoping by next year they will hire a new cook and figure out a solution to their ant problem. I'm a firm believer in the three strikes your out philosophy so I'll try again next season.

Tried it twice, fail both times. First time ordered taco's. Twenty dollars for 3 taco's that had very little flavor. Second time, was treated terrible by a gentleman that appeared to be a manager. He has no idea what customer service is. I will never go back.

Wanted to like this place. Was very excited to go. But will not be back. Wanted to give 1 star. But gave 2. salsa was good, our waitress was nice & band was good. Gave 1 eXtra star for salsa, band & waitress. My friends would've given 0 stars, she was very pissed. Here's the bad, I wanted chicken fajitas but they only have fajitas for 2. I asked the waitress if I could get a fajita for 1. She said no. When the food came, I said please tell me there's another plate coming. Because there was not enough chicken for 1, we both made half a taco. I told the waitress, where's the rest of the meal. She said I told the owner that the chicken portion was too small and was not enough for two but he won't listen. What a rip off. My husband ordered the enchilada meal it looked like the portion a 2 year old would eat. We were still very hungry after our meal. When the bill came, they charged $22.99 + $3,00 for chicken that's 25.99 total for a very small portion of chicken My friend said that she felt violated. She felt that they ripped us off. There was not hardly any chicken on the plate. We each got half of a chicken taco each out of that portion. My husband kept saying order another one. Because we were still starving. But I told him that was ridiculous to pay 25.99 again. What a bummer. We live less than three minute boat ride away. But we'll never be back. Never ever will we go back. Unless the reviews change and people start saying the portions are for adults not children

This was our second visit and the first time they lost our food order and we did not even get to eat at all as they actually ran out of food this visit we waited forever for the food, they were not busy at all. The prices were crazy expensive as simple Mexican plates were 15 bucks or more. The frozen drinks had no or little liquor in them. The beans were simply nasty and the rice was someConcoction I never want to taste again. The bright spot was the server. She was spot on. So in short, ridiculous expensive for bad Mexican food. They need to maybe hire a Mexican.

Stopped here for lunch with a group of ladies while out boating. Everything started out smooth and then it went downhill. Half our table got their meals about 5 minutes before the other half (shrugged it off.) No HUGE biggy, but one in our group, who only ordered a pulled pork toastada, didn't receive hers. The waitress assured her it was on its way. Finally, 20 minutes AFTER the entire table was done eating, she received her toastada even though the waitress told her it would be out any second every time we had to ask for an update. While we waited, a friend discovered a fly cooked into her quesadilla AND I was made aware by another friend that the servers were walking food through the PUBLIC restrooms. Niiiice. Go here if you want, but I'd skip the frustration.
