Monique was obviously angry for something. Soon as we came in she was verbally abusive. We came into the lobby and was immediately attacked with attitude. Monique I hope you have a better day. Terrible customer service. Canceled my room in compliance with their cancellation policy. They charged me anyway. I called and emailed but hotel was unresponsive. Disputed charge with credit card company and hotel lied and said I didn't cancel. DON'T book or stay here. Unethical.

The hotel appears to be new, newish carpet, appliances and elevators. Smells new and clean, my room was very clean,In room ice maker in the full sized fridge, really appreciate no trips to the ice maker down the hall that is always broken. The bed is nice and soft, a stove if I wanted to fry and egg and a full sized microwave for popcorn. This is my new go spot for games.

Had never heard of this chain but am glad we found it. This location was pet friendly and had a reasonable pet fee. One hotel in Raytown had a $50 fee per day. Not happening. The room was clean with a full size fridge and stove top. Very nice room layout. It is close to several restaurants and the highway. However, we did not hear road noise.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We booked for early check in, showed up and the lady told us there wasn't a room available until 3 o'clock. I had a BRIDE OUTSIDE scheduled to get ready in this hotel for her wedding and they wouldn't let us in! We booked an entire slot of rooms for a wedding and they didn't have any of the reservations made correctly. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! Do not book with this place. Zero stars.

This location took us in at the beginning of COVID 19 spread.. and helped us out! We drove all day from WV to here, and they let our dog stay which was well over the weight limit. They worked with us really well.. the room was nice! The location is nice and quiet, and the staff was friendly. There was a little kitchen and such in the room which was cool, but we didn't need it so we didn't use it. All in all, it's a nice little hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year. I reviewed it the first time as an amazing place to stay and gave it five starts but this time it has obviously changed.There is an attention to detail that is now lacking in this hotel.Here are just a few of the examples.I stayed for six nights and seven days. I did not see a maid once during that stay although I requested maid service twice.The bathroom door in my room was off the top hinge. I mentioned this on my first day and was told it would be fixed. Never happened.My keycard stopped working seven times during my stay. Although I mentioned this every time it failed they could not seem to fix this issue.One of the best features of this hotel is there is a laundry facility a guest can use. They have laundry soap they sell but during my entire stay they could not figure out how to refill that soap.Although I plan to give them one more chance I do hope they start to pay attention to details.

Stumbled upon this place after VERY long day of traveling with kids. I am so thankful I did! Immediately greeted by a blast of icy cold AC and the BEST front desk agent I have ever meet. Jackie took such good care of my family, I was almost in tears because you honestly don't get service like that anymore. We felt so welcome! We have a week long trip ahead, and I will be staying at My Place Hotels only because we had such a great stay here. Jackie needs a raise and she needs to be in charge of training because she set that bar high!!!
