Do NOT sell here. When you go to find your items to pick up, they have mysteriously disappeared. After they have told me that they have donated items to a women's shelter, I find them on the rack. The owner and employees are rude; they would rather be chatting than helping people. One time they couldn't find a coach purse of mine. Last night I only could find 15 of 25 items. Their reply each time was 'oh well'. You get pennies on the dollar. My Best Friend's Closet is OUTDATED & A CLUTTERED MESS! I will not be back!

I adore loooooong cardigans and flannels for winter, paired with great boots and I'm ready for all things fall and winter. MBFC has it all!My first visit, Taylor the owner helped me put together a whole outfit for a special event. A peplum top, gold/ black form fitting skirt, black ankle boots, and a gorgeous gold necklace. It was stunning. It really did feel like I was shopping with a friend, who has great taste. Tons of Louie Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, Chanel for half the price. All the brands were a fun surprise. Not that I ever buy them, nothing wrong with brands. Taylor hosts evening events at the boutique as well. Last week I went to sip and shop. Sip on wine, nosh on Hors d'oeuvres, and than spin the wheel when you check out for up to 50% off. Some friends did this with me, pretty much what we do anyways when we hang out. The event also benefited a cause close to my heart so it was an easy Yes for me.

This is my go to place! I leave with that "Ahhhh, I love the pieces I found and all for a smart deal!" I get three times the value for the money easy. Best feeling ever!Owner is on top of style. She always has a good selection of brands (especially designer), sizes and styles. The store is organized ideally and makes for a pleasant browsing experience. I always take all of my clothing ready for a new home to her too. All around good deal!

Clean, abundant in different style choices, good quality clothes at very reasonable prices! I'm so glad I was shown this swanky little second hand store. They even have coupons and a reward system for their customers! Will definitely be going back here.

Love, love, love this store!! I pop in from time to time to see what's new or to take in my clothes for resale. Just got back and found three pairs of nice jeans and cute skirt all for $65. One pair of Loft jeans still had the tags on it! I put my resale money towards my purchase....$29 was my balance for some great staple items. You can't go wrong for that price. Don't get me started on the designer purses they have. Very nice. Stop and check them out every so often because you just never know what you'll find.

Lots of inventory. Prices were higher than justified on many items. I would go back but wouldn't be my go to place.

I was in the area recently and on a time crunch to find an item for an event that evening. I have had such great experiences at their sister location, on Barry Rd, that I thought I would give it a try. The mix of consignment and boutique items gave me a lot of selection to pick from. The staff was friendly and helped me find a new top and clutch to complete my look. I was in and out, leaving a happy customer!
