one word...RUDE!! I would not recommend the store on Barry road. Unfriendly, simply rude about their policies. The person at the counter acted like a bully and you better not cross the policy or "I'm not going to look at your items". I understand policies and being adhered to but geeez I just walked in for the first time I didn't know the items had to be on hangers when I first walked in the door. There's a way in the interest of customer service and explaining the policy to a newbie! I do have a witness to how I was treated. Never again!!

This is a cute store, I didn't find what I was looking for but that's ok. The staff was nice, I did find it a bit pricy than other consignment stores I have been too but I'm not from the area so it could just be my State that is cheaper. They do have everything organized and somewhat color coordinated with the sizes. They had a small men section. Over all it was a nice store and a great one to come and shop

Great place to take your "outgrown or no longer needed" items! You can also shop for some fabulous finds! The staff is very nice & helpful! They have gently used & some new items as well!

This is my go to place! Either North or South! I leave with that "ahhhh,I love the pieces I found and all for a smart deal!" I get three times the value for the money easy. Best feeling ever. Owner is on top of style. She always has a good selection of brands, sizes and styles. The store is organized ideally and makes for a pleasant browsing experience. I always take all of my clothing ready for a new home to her too. All around good deal!

This location has a great selection of men's clothing. The staff was very helpful and they have a variety of top named brands. Everything in the store is well organized and priced. They will even take your gently used items and you can make $$. I highly recommend this consignment shop. You won't be disappointed.

I was looking for a quality place to take my designer bags and gently used clothes and My Best Friend's Closet was a perfect fit. As a consigner (and customer), they are amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this store.

I would not recommend consigning with this store. They did not explain their policies and rules well, and make you go around the store to find your items on your own if they do not sell (with very little help). I couldn't find many of my items that didn't sell, and just gave up on finding them.

Great selection. Good prices. Well organized-with all clothes marked. And both a dressing room and a restroom for their customers. Friendly,helpful staff. Ideal to spend an hour browsing. Lots of merchandise.

The BEST consignment store I know of in the Kansas City and surrounding areas! My favorite place to go whenever I'm in need of a "Pick Me Up"! Whether alone or with friends.There are two locations (North KC and Shawnee, Ks) that both have a variety of well-stocked merchandise and possess a Peaceful, Fun shopping experience; mainly because of (for me), the Easy Listening, Traditional Pop Music constantly playing daily over speakers. I regularly shop the NKC location because it's where I first came to know of the business. However, both stores have unbelievable prices on lots of merchandise in excellent condition/even if it's a used item. Including an array of name brand stock!
