Really tasty shrimp po boy and Great house bottles of hot sauce! The chef has a few accolades as a chief displayed on the wall and there is a fair amount of space for friends or family.

Mudbug is a southern, Cajun style restaurant and food truck that offers po boy sandwiches. The food is absolutely incredible and delicious. There is plenty of indoor seating for guest as well. I give it only 4 stars for a few reasons. First, their hours are really odd. The sandwiches are big which makes them more suitable for dinner, it they only serve lunch hours. The location is pretty hidden if you don't know where it is. Additionally, the main knock I have for the restaurant is that they charge extra for water cups as well as paying by credit card. They do not have signs or warnings, so we were surprised by this when we checked the receipt. The price of water should be built into the price given that no sides are provided either. As for the payment method, we would have paid in cash if we knew about the extra charge. Overall, the food is absolutely incredible, but the way they run their business causes frustration among customers. From weird hours to nickle-and-diming, I now understand why customers don't want to come back.

Mudbug's is always a hit. I've not got anything from here that I didn't like. Mudbug's specializes in po' boys, but they aren't your ordinary po' boys. These are some of the most unique and tasty sandwiches that you'll ever have. They are packed so full that you can almost make another po' boy with the filling that falls out when you're eating it. I think I may go to Mudbug's tomorrow because I'm getting hungry typing this. 2 thumbs up

Cajun dusted Mako shark served over lemon pepper slaw and topped with a shrimp Florentine sauce. This was a Friday night special and like all of the sandwiches it is a two fisted monster! But, not only is it big it's loaded with freshness and flavor!

We just went there for the first time this afternoon. Pros: Chicken and andoullie sandwich was as good as any sandwich I've ever had. The meat was amazing, but the combination of other ingredients kicked it over the top.Cons: Food coma.My wife had excellent gumbo.

We love the shrimp po'boy, but everything there is great. The sandwiches are huge and the staff is very friendly.

This place is incredible!! The po boys are out of this world delicious and the fried okra is awesome too. Staff are super friendly and the food is just as delicious when carrying out so COVID is no problem. Highly recommend!!

Some of the best food I've ever had! The Shrimp Po' Boy is phenomenal from start to finish. We've eaten here dozens of times and have never left disappointed.You can absolutely tell that this is a labor of love for Chef Chris. He has several home-run dishes already and he's constantly coming up with new and exotic specials, but never to the detriment of his classics.The restaurant itself is very casual with a nice Cajun ambiance. Not over-the-top like you'd find at a franchise - just a small, family-owned establishment with food that speaks for itself!

I can't use a picture because all my food is gone. If you want a great bang for your buck, Mudbug is definite the place to go. I have 3 teenagers who are completely full when finished eating. Good flavors, large portions, friendly staff is all I can say. I love it.
