MOJO is locally and woman owned and serves up a full-body, beat-based workout on a bike, where classes are led by high energy instructors and choreographed to challenge all fitness levels. They have classes from beginner to advanced, from climbing to power, and even some fun theme rides (oh Beyoncé v Lizzo ride )! The studio itself is dim and vibey, and just what I need to block out the world and focus on the music and me. Plus all the super cool people on the surrounding bikes, who have been nothing but kind and inviting every time I've been there. MOJO offers a complementary Basics class every Saturday, so this is your sign to sign up for some fun, and then join me for an upcoming class. Because I honestly can't get enough!

I've been cycling with Mojo Studio for over a year! It was first introduced by Yelp event, and I stayed for myself because I noticed how the instructors here can help me see my potential. I love the music mix they use in the class, the great beat helps me to focus on the workout and continue to challenge myself. The moves and combos of the upper body are great to train the core and balance. The different resistance and the speed based on the music tempo for the peddling are perfect to train the endurance and grow leg muscles! They also design the weight into the workout routine, so the arms are getting trained as well!! I love this full body cycling class so much. Every class I feel I become stronger and appreciative for my self!! Mojo staffs are all super nice, friendly and helpful. Give it a try, give yourself a challenge and you won't regret it. **they do offer one basic class for free which is always scheduled on Saturday around 11:30**

Words truly can't explain how much I love Mojo. When I first started coming a year ago, I was pretty nervous and VERY intimidated, but I quickly learned I didn't need to feel that way at all. From the moment you walk in the door, the Mojo team makes you feel SO welcome. They show you where the lockers and weights are, how to set up your bike, and if you attend the beginners class on Saturday (free to new riders!), they'll take it easy and break down the common choreography for you. This is the best workout I've ever had, all in just 45 minutes. When you're in that dark room, as cheesy as it sounds, nothing else matters but riding along to the beat of the music. Oh, and if you can't keep up, or don't have the best rhythm, don't worry! The instructors are so kind and will always encourage you to push yourself, but they just want you to have a good time. Trust me -- you're not gonna be the only one in the room struggling a bit. You'll never feel like you don't belong at Mojo.

I took a few classes here while I was town, and I absolutely loved them! I also had my husband join me for one of the classes, and he walked out saying it was one of his favorite spin classes that he's taken. The energy, music and workout is all top tier. In addition, the staff is incredibly helpful and makes sure you feel welcome. The only complaint I would have (but I didn't want to remove a star for it) is that there was a member in the front row who was consistently checking her phone and texting during the class. The studio has a no technology policy, including a sign before you enter the class saying no phones are allowed. In another class, I did notice the instructor reiterating that no phones were allowed, but it wasn't enforced during this class unfortunately. It was distracting, especially since the rider was in the front row and often checking when the lights were out. Based on my experiences in the other classes, I think that this was a fluke rather than what to expect normally.

Time to get your sweat Oooon!! Great, clean space for a fantastic work-out. When class starts, lights get dimmed, so you can move to the music's beat (or not, in my case) without feeling self-conscious. The only pressure is to do your best!Amanda is AMAZING! Super motivational with a great playlist to cycle to, she really works her MOJO on students to push themselves, and is a great resource for newbies (open to questions at the end of class).Pricing is a little high, but location in the Plaza is very accessible. First class is complimentary (FREE); and they do have package deals. You can also try groupon to see if you can knock off a few more $$.

I never ever thought I could love cycling - but apparently that's only because I hadn't been to Mojo! I think it's safe to say that I'm now completely addicted. If you're intimidated by the thought of trying cycling for the first time, Mojo is an excellent place to start! I highly recommend checking out their (free) basics class on a Saturday afternoon where they will take the time to help you adjust your bike, learn how to clip in, and understand everything you need to know about cycling indoors. Mojo is unlike some other studios I've been to because they aren't using leaderboards, keeping track of your "success" in class, or turning your workout into a competition. The heartbeat of a Mojo class is all about pedaling with the beat of the music and finding your own edge. The studio is a phone free zone, so I love that I have 45 minutes to completely focus on my growth without any distraction. Each instructor has their own unique vibe, style, and genre of music they use. No matter what you're into, you'll find an instructor you vibe with the most and pushes you to your personal best. I personally love Daniel's classes, but I can truly say that every single instructor at Mojo has motivated and inspired me. I'd live here if I could!

I checked out a class here. It will work your entire body. High intensity work out if you want it. If you are pushing yourself too hard it's ok to just pedal for a bit. The lights are low so no one will notice if you take a small break. The instructor we had is also the owner. And she loves her job. She will get your heart rate up and you will have fun doing it. The bikes are not computerized and that's ok to unplug, not worry about BPM or distance just focus on the exercise. I had trouble hearing my instructor over the music (they are going to improve the acoustics she told me later) but just watch her moves and you'll catch on soon enough.

Mojo is the place. Bad day, need some motivation, need to push the reset button on life or your mind. Spin in genera I think is a great way for this. For me though I really connect with the instructors at mojo. Their motivation and chat during class really just leaves me walking out with a total body and mind reset. Their music is legit. Their no tech rule is where it's it. Just you. The bike. The music. Close your eyes. Move to the rhythm. Feel the beat. Amanda the owner is the realMVP and has such a great soul. Katie M has the best playlists and will always leave you smiling along with a good ass kick. Michael is straight BEAST mode. Seriously have no idea how he does it. Do his 75 min class. You won't regret it. Lindsey is my jam too! Beats for days. A lil gangster when you need it. Lol "drink water, wash your hands" from day one. Love you guys!
