Don't Miss the AWESOME Street Tacos at Mojito's!!My husband and I recently ate here, and I LOVED it!!The menu was pretty large, with tons of selections. I was excited that they had many types of street tacos - I ended up getting 3 out of the 4: chicken, al pastor, and steak. They brought a spicy sauce for them, and since I can't really do spicy, I asked for a mild green sauce, and that was absolutely DELICIOUS with them. I think they should switch to that sauce for this entree instead!! Each taco was so tasty - I think they may be the BEST street tacos I've ever had!! I keep thinking about them days later.The interior and decor of the restaurant was fairly typical of Mexican restaurants in this area, which was just fine.Our server was very nice and accommodating with my green sauce request, and he also came by several times to make sure we were doing ok.Fantastic food and service - we will definitely be back!!

The blue springs area has a lot of Mexican restaurants but I think this one at the top in my book! They have a large menu, complimentary chips and salsa, excellent service. It is usually very loud which is one of the negatives for me but they always have some people in there. I really appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail. They have good taco Tuesday specials and I really enjoy their queso. I am not a fan of their beef as I don't really care for the flavor or texture. The chicken is much better and I will always get that now! 8/10 from me:)

We went in to the restaurant the other day! Very nice servers, and the food serving was very generous! I highly recommend the nachos! The chips and salsa were fantastic, and honestly, I use that as my barometer if I'm going to go back!!! Great job!

This is how amazing their street tacos are.... 2nd night eating them. I crave them all the time. Every time we have company we order for them and I have yet to hear anything but "these are the best street tacos I've had". Super friendly staff that go out of their way to do what they can so that you're happy with your food and service. Their drinks are fun and unique and huge. Great inside too. Lots of fun stuff to look at. Very welcoming entrance and wait area. They just don't skimp on service or food. Oh and their Chile Colorado is so delicious. Try them at least once.

Clean crisp ambiance nice staff friendly restaurant. Chips and salsa came out fast drinks too. Tacos came out hot and delicious. Added black beans and rice it was delicious too.

First the good- everyone on staff was friendly, there was free parking available & the prices were mostly reasonable. The acceptable- we didn't leave hungry, the chips & salsa were fine. Needs help- the small container of less than freshly made guacamole ($5.99) might have been acceptable for an Applebees, but not a Mexican restaurant! Same with their food, just okay. Tamales are not made in house. The 2 for 1 house margaritas were really weak so I think guests would be better off with a regular (perfecto) margarita. There was a bit of a language barrier with our server too, so that was a bit frustrating. The steak in the fajitas was quite tough. The enchiladas were fine. They're new, so might try them later but will raise the rating to 3 stars based on their newness.

I really like this place! My favorite item on the menu is the molcajete. It is a traditional Aztec dish prepared in a mortar and pestle type of lava bowl. It has shrimp, chicken, beef, cactus, onion, and cheese. It is eaten like one would eat fajitas and their version is absolutely full of flavor and displayed really beautifully. They also have really good tamales here. And of course you can't forget the chips and salsa. The regular salsa is a little on the mild side for me, so I like to order a spicy salsa and add the spicy to the mild. The service is never bad and the margaritas are pretty decent. This seems to be Blue Springs' favorite Mexican restaurant and I can see why.

Day two of being open. Very delicious! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Salsa was flavorful, fresh chips, sizzling fajitas. I would definitely go back!

excellent food, great service, great prices. love this place. best tostada ever. food portions are awesome and they have really great lunch specials.

Our favorite place for Mexican food. Their prices are good, food is great and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Casual dining and daily specials. We moved from Southern California and this is where a want to eat Mexican food.
