Always have great service and delicious pizza here. BUT I have con with the Tranquilo pizza. Advertising Panko Crunchy Crust. I thought it would be thin and cracker crust. Not much flop and crunchy crust. It wasn't. It was like there original crust and bread crumbs on bottom. It tasted good but, I wasn't expecting it. They need to change description and remove crunch. I would get it again and swap in thin crust!

Went to visit my brother in Olathe from California, and he was excited to treat me to one of their fave pizza joints. We called it in, and got the pizzas to go. So I only got a brief view of the interior. Nice looking spot in an outdoor shopping center. The pizza was good, though we didn't get to try it fresh, right out the oven. Of the three pizzas, I stuck with the pepperoni. They were small and crisp, and abundant, and very tasty. My brother paid, so I can't comment as to the value, cause I don't know what they costs but the service was nice enough and the pizzas were ready to go when we got there. My family really likes the place, so I'd say Minsky's is a safe bet.

There is a reason that Minsky's Pizza is such a big deal in Kansas City, and with so many locations to choose from, you're never far from grabbing a slice. While there are many variations done very well on their menu, the Prime Cut and the White Cheddar Macaroni N Cheese are what truly shines. Pizza here is pricier than your basic national chain pizzas, but that's because you get a MUCH better pizza in terms of taste and quality. It is so incredibly hard to decide how to rate Minsky's in South Olathe! They are beyond inconsistent with the food quality, service, etc. When they are on point everything is amazing. Ordering delivery is almost a no-go for us due to the pizza always being underbaked. The prices are through the roof and it just doesn't translate with the quality.

Some of the worst pizza I've ever had. We moved to the Olathe area from New York so we were unfamiliar with Minsky. After the over 2 hour wait, the food finally was delivered. Little to no sauce. Half the cheese was burnt. It's definitely the worst pizza I've had in the Olathe area or any other state I've visited. Frozen pizza is a better option. Honestly.

I enjoy other pizzas but the margarita pizza is not the best. It's mainly sauce. Ordered carry out and they had everything done on time and service was great on AFC Championship Sunday.

Minsky's has the best pizza, and our server Malyssa was amazing. This place was not only clean but very kid friendly, never once got a rude look or scoff from any staff for my baby crying.Side note; Minsky's has the best ranch.

We always enjoy Minsky's. However, the 9th was incredibly pleasant as Sara our server was engaged, funny, respectful, light hearted. We loved chatting with her. For us, unfortunately it was her last day there as she was moving back to be with family. We hit the jackpot that night with excellent pizza, it was a non 90's / 80% humidity evening so outside was perfect...and most of all the cherry on top was Sara. We wish her best wishes no matter her next endeavor.
