Delicious pizza every time!Minsky's was always a classic for our family going back to the early 80's when we'd get surprised that dad picked up dinner (from a location that isn't there anymore). The pizza was a special treat, and in all these years the various Minsky's I've eaten at have had consistently good pizza, food, and service. The Lawrence location is just a good as ever, with friendly service and excellent yummy pizza. If you know, you know. If you don't already know, then you have to try it!

Friendly service and pretty good pizza. Waitress gave good suggestions. Tried the Joes bbq collab with Minskys and it was awesome, so glad i got to try that since it's only limited time, highly recommend it.

I've been to this Lawrence location a number of times. I wanted to give a shout-out to Eliza. I've worked a lot of food service in my life, including as a chef, and I know a good worker when I see one. Every time I'm in there she's directing traffic and making things happen. Always busy, but always willing to stop to help a customer out at the register. She's a great ambassador for your company, and definitely somebody I'd want on my team in a restaurant.

Just the best pizza‼ Every thing else is fine. But I have been eating their pizza for decades. It is definitely worth the drive from Topeka to Lawrence.

Have had Minsky's many times. Pizza is fabulous so we had a 45 minute break in a class downtown so we thought we'll get a pizza. Seated immediately, order taken promptly, drinks brought out. So far so good. And we waited........ We even asked how long it was going to be.... Then the Waiter came back and told us he never put the order in. Manager never came out. The waiter offered to get our pizza to go, but good would that have done. Terrible customer service.

Minsky's is great unless youre in Lawrence. The waitress Lilli was terrible and straight up lied to me when I asked her if this is how the crust usually looks as minskys.This pizza was greasy and made with no care. I love minskys but i can't go there in Lawrence now and I will let everyone know that it has changed.

I placed a call in order at 2:50 pm on 12/22/23 and the website stated 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I called and was told they are running behind. After several numerous phone calls later. I was not allowed to speak to the manager nor given the option for a refund. The girl answering the phone first told me there was no mangers at the restaurant then changed her story that he was working in kitchen. I hate being lied to and told my pizza was on the way. The pizza was finally delivered after 2 1/2 hours! Terrible customer service. They should have stopped accepting delivery orders if they know they can't keep up with the demand. Never again!

I tried the Detroit style pizza this week, so disappointed as the quality was just awful. The pizza was cold and was just an awful experience! I would definitely not recommend this place and choose The Big Mill!

excellent food.consistency is unparalleled. orders are always correct. very well run, kudos!

Cold delivery - good pizza after warm up. Prefer original crust over the deep dish crust! Sauce spicier than I remember on the papa minsky.
