Midland Holiday Pines

We had so much fun! And I wish I had taken more pics of their actual tree farm area but it was a rainy, muddy day and I was chasing two toddlers, lol. However, their customer service is amazing! They have pre cut trees in the front of the farm, closer to the house. If you're going down into the farm because you want the experience of cutting down your own tree, make sure to bring your own saw! The farm area is a pretty big and open field with lots of spaced out trees. It wasn't overwhelming at all, and they had lots of different sizes. When you go in to pay they have complimentary hot cocoa and hot cider, as well as wreaths to purchase if you want.

This is a fun, great little Christmas tree farm in Shawnee, KS. Even though it is in a suburb of Kansas City, the farm is located in a more rural setting, which adds to its charm. It is very easy to get to, the trees are reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a family-run business and the trees (Scotch Pines) are grown on the property. However, they do have some pre-cut Frasier Firs for sell. They also have all the supplies you will need to cut down and haul the perfect Christmas tree, free of charge. There is even free hot chocolate and cider and handmade wreaths available for purchase. Midland Holiday Pines is open 10am to 5pm the day after Thanksgiving, then every weekend until Christmas, 10am-5pm.

All-time favorite tree farm in the kc area. Always have a solid selection of precut Fraser Firs and plenty out in the farm to cut down yourself.
