Mia Bella Donna MEDSPA

Just had my first appt at Mia Bella..this place is amazing! I went in for IPL (stupid brown sun spots) and... I didn't even get it. She recommended waiting a bit to let the summer tan completely disappear... I mean she could have done it but wanted me to get the best results which means waiting. Who does that?! Every other spa would have done it and then just tell you to get multiple to see results. Not here...really talked with me about what I wanted, options and recommendations and did not recommend the most expensive. So I got a HydroFacial, cause why not, and I felt refreshed and dewy. Made another appt for IPL in a few months. I'll update after and let you know how it goes, but if it anything like today, it will be fantastic.

I've been getting injections here for the last few months and love this office. Everyone is professional and friendly, very through about explaining what will happen, and I just had my first hydro facial and dermal planing here and my skin is dewy and clean. Highly recommended this office for aesthetic services.

Facials aren't just for girls! My face has never felt so good!My girlfriend got us both the Hydra Facial MD treatment and it was amazing. The treatment was really cool. The machine hydrated and exfoliated my face while sucking out all of the clogged pores like a hoover vacuum. There was no down time and the woman conducting the facial explained every step of the process. The room was very calming with incense and waterfall fountains. I almost fell asleep several times. I will most likely be going back with or without my girlfriend.

I have now had two Hydrafacials at Mia Bella Donna and the experience has been great! Nikki is a knowledgeable esthetician and she does a really good job of talking through skin concerns before getting started. She also explains every step of the process thoroughly so there are no surprises. The therapy room is clean with pleasant decor and calming music. The Hydrafacials are different than most facials. There's not a lot of massaging of the face, but instead, they use a device with tips that exfoliate and suction out the icky stuff while dispensing cleansers, glycolic acid and antioxidant moisturizing solution.

This place is so unprofessional! Nikki told me that if i was to break out after my deep cleansing hydra facial and after trying the retinol to come in and she will take care of it and clean me up with no charge. So i made an appointment and when i got there she said didn't you get my voice mail? i said no... what was it about? And she said that she couldn't do it due to the fact that i wasn't a regular customer because i only went there once a month. And here comes the good part : what was so bizarre is that she even said well if you at least used our products when i had bough 6 of their products and had them in my purse cause I was ready to return them anyway. So she said that she would do it only if i paid 45 dollars so then I got totally pissed and left the products there and said that they were horrible . I have never ever in my life been so mistreated such an unprofessional place . If you care about your skin don't buy their products or let Nikki touch your face. Take if from me. As i have been crying all day and night. DO NOT GO TO MIA BELLA DONNA MEDSPA!!!!! . HAVE YOU EVER WONDER WHY ITS ALWAYS EMTY THERE?. WELL, NOW I FIGURED OUT WHY. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I have never written a review before. Usually when reading them I am somewhat skeptical that the person writing the review had something to gain by doing so. I have nothing to gain. My experiences at Mia Bella Donna were amazing. I had terrible rosacia acne! Terrible! I purchased 4 IPL's. Having tried everything else I was very concerned that this would either have no effect or make matters worse. Nikki the esthetician and Kelly were amazing. Their treatment of me/my skin far exceeded my expectations. Every step was explained in great detail, and then weighed. No pressure! Ever! Each time I had IPL done my rosacea would subside but my acne would flare up. Nikki/Kelly would have me come in to treat my acne at no additional cost! The IPL really helped with my rosacea, so now I had to find a long term solution for my acne. I've been using Skin Medica for a few months. I really like it! My skin is sooooo sensitive, but these products seem to be working for me. I believe that the people at this office truly care! The kind of love for what they do/clients starts at the top and trickles down, meaning each person I've dealt with has had the same superior work ethic. My skin looks amazing! I will continue to be a client for a long time to come!

I've been to about a dozen different medical spas and plastic surgery offices across the country, and this one has been my absolute favorite so far. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good products and incredible prices. I was paying almost $100 more for a single chemical peel/hydrafacial at other medical spas and still wasn't getting the results I got from visiting Mia Bella. Not only are the estheticians friendly and thorough, but they take their time on your procedures (low light, relaxing music) and really make a practical, result-driven procedure feel like a trip to the spa. Oh, and I received derma planning at the beginning of each procedure for no extra cost (typically a $50 charge at other places)

I am a new client to this medspa but not new to a variety of facial treatments. From the perspective of someone who has enjoyed facials, IPL's, laser treatments, peels, etc. for many years I can tell you that Ashley does an awesome job. Not only is she a warm and genuine person but she is very knowledgeable. She is not a one-treatment-fits-all aesthetician! She adjusts her treatment to me as an individual. Having been a client of hers for 8 months now, I followed her to Mia Bella Donna and have had nothing but outstanding results every time.

I've always had the most positive interaction at Mia Bella. Every staff member is friendly and the spa is beautiful and clean. Nikki & Dr. Camarata are amazing!!!! Nikki has performed many treatments on me. I suffer from acne scarring, I have had chemical peels, hydra facials, eyelash tinting and waxing and the last which was the best....laser treatment. Nikki is the best aesthetician in the KC area!!! She is comforting, and explains every aspect of the treatment process to ensure you are aware of the next step and educated on proper skin care. Nikki has drastically repaired my acne scaring, skin care knowledge and overall confidence. I can't wait to make another appointment with her.
