Disclaimer: This is just a rating on this particular store and one of its employees, not on the company. And, really it's just on the employee.Look, I've worked retail before. I understand talking about an encounter with a customer. But, maybe you should wait until the customer has left before you start talking shit.The sign in the window says buy one get one 50% off EVERYTHING. That's all I saw. I didn't see the words typed in -57 sized font that said some exclusions may apply.So, I get 2 pair of jeans that are $19/piece.Take them up to the lady to check out.See that the BOGO wasn't applied, and tell her so. She says that because the jeans are already on sale for $19, it doesn't qualify for the BOGO sale. I say, "Except the sign says everything." So I turn to my husband and ask him to see if there're more words on there that I missed. To which he looks and replies with a yes.I tell her, "Okay, well...that's actually pretty misleading."She goes, "Yeah, I get it...that's why we make sure to tell everyone when they walk in."I tell her nobody said anything like that to us when we walked in, then pay for my belongings and walk over to my husband who is standing by some shirts.Next thing I know, I can hear her making fun of me for not knowing that those exclusions applied. Maybe you should teach your employees that if they HAVE to talk shit, they should do so AFTER the customer has left.This is one reason why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.People don't have to deal with kids not having respect when they shop online. ‍

Both of the gals working helped me find new jeans and made me feel sooo comfortable on 2/12/2021. The had great knowledge of the styles and products and offered honest advice that I really appreciated. They made finding new styles in a different size easy peasy. Thank you for the help, lovely people! I'm so sorry I didn't get your names!!

Walked in and no one acknowledged my presence for the full 10 minutes I was in there. I walked around the whole store. I saw a woman putting out stock near me, and she never asked if I needed help. Two associates at the registers talking to one customer the whole time I was in there. You do have other customers that might want assistance. I will never be back.

love this store and the staff is very friendly. the store is clean and accessible, there's always a fitting room available
