They are very focused on designing exactly what you have in mind. Lots of choices, overwhelmingly so for any style... Barn weddings, outdoor tents, upscale... Had a marvelous experience.

When you're planning a wedding, you don't have weeks or months just to wait for someone to respond. That was my experience with Marquee Event Rentals. I met with them at a bridal show and was very excited at the thought of being able to rent things to add to our already very inclusive venue- like tablecloths and chair bows, etc. After sending follow-up emails and getting one response that they were "checking on the color," I have now wasted my time waiting on an empty promise from the bridal show (they told us they had our color). We will look elsewhere for a company with more attentiveness and honesty, and hopefully find someone in time.

I ordered a 20' x 30' tent with a 3 piece top. First they sent me a 1 piece top. They also had one of the holes in the legs in the wrong place and it did not line up correctly. As long as they were replacing my top I decided to order sidewalls with cathedral windows. They sent me sidewalls without windows. After I sent back the old sidewalls I finally received the correct sidewalls two weeks later. However, I specifically told them to send them to a different address. Ryan said that was fine. He still sent them to the wrong address. They are used sidewalls so I did not expect them to be perfect. But of course they are covered in dirt and stains. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Since then I have had much better service elsewhere.

This is a horrible company to work with, and we didn't even get past the quote phase. I couldn't imagine actually relying on this company to provide what they promise at the time of your event, but if I were you, I wouldn't give them the chance.Day 1 -Friday afternoon - Was referred to Vernon Greene to put a quote together for me. Was told he could put a quote together for me after gathering some extra information. An email followed shortly after our conversation with the extra information he would need. I replied with all of the information immediately. Day 2 - Saturday - No word back (not really expected)Day 3 - Sunday - Nothing (also not expected)Day 4 - Monday - Still nothing from Vernon, my fiancee inquired for a second time with Andrea Lackey.Day 5 - Tuesday - Nothing. I asked for a quote on a tent and air condition to fill the tent. Why is this taking so long?Day 6 - Wednesday - My fiancee emails Andrea and receives an email back telling her the "quote was still processing". In addition to that, Andrea wanted to schedule a sit down face to face so we could "talk about our wedding vision", and "Wanted to recommend an alternative location for our wedding". Wait, what? We didn't ask you for an alternative location for our wedding. We asked you to quote out a tent with air conditioning. In fact, the venue we're looking at having our wedding RECOMMENDED YOU, and then you're trying to steal away their business by having us look at ALTERNATIVE LOCATIONS FOR OUR WEDDING? Are you serious?At this point, I was pretty angry and sent a nice email back to Andrea letting her know that we're not interested in her recommendations for a venue, but that we are still interested int he price for a tent and air condition for that tent that we've been waiting on for the past 5 going on 6 days. I asked that we have these prices by 5PM that evening to compare to the other companies I was getting bids on, which by the way got back to me right away. Those quotes never came, so here we are. They lost my business.Lets remember, I still haven't heard a peep from my buddy Vernon Green who I originally spoke with 6 days prior.So, not only does this company SUCK at anything remotely close to decent customer service, but they're also in the business to STEAL BUSINESS FROM THE PEOPLE THAT REFER THEM BUSINESS!! What a freaking joke. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. I'm glad I didn't give them the chance to ruin our wedding. If they can't even "process" a quote (I still don't know what that means), I can't imagine them being accountable on a day that you hope runs as smoothly as possible.

I worked with Arlon. He was very helpful, very kind and easy to get a hold of. I enjoyed working with this company for my wedding and would recommend them to fellow brides or anyone putting on a large event. Everything was very easy, straight to the point... just how I needed it!

I would give them no stars, but that it not an option. I dealt with two different people when asking for a quote. The second person couldn't find the original quote and had to start the process over. I got a quote, but decided to go with a company that was closer because it was the 4th of July and I didn't want to travel that far for chairs. I never signed a contract or or gave a deposit. I simply asked for a quote. I have been receiving bills since August for a contract that I never entered into. Be careful when getting a quote. They will charge for something that you never contracted to rent.

I've managed events all over the country for the past 20 years. I had 18 different issues on one order of rentals with All Seasons. We ended up getting someone else's order and waited all day to get ours. I'm still trying 1- month after the fact, to get our partial refund that was offered. Everyone was polite but everyone was incompetent. Never Again.

Horrible service. The workers picking up the 40 x 80 tent for our event asked me to help him load the metal poles. Was also very rude by acting as if we were too good to help. I have a bad back or I would have. By their rating Marquee seem not to care.

Terribly rude on the phone.Had a few questions about a small tent for event...lady didn't have time for me. Wont ever call or reccomend

We have used this company for events in our school district for years and ever since they merged multiple companies together we have had issues. For our event a few weeks ago, we were told the day before that the wood dance floor we requested had been damaged. I just find it unacceptable and honestly embarrassing to not know this information about your products. When they first told us this issue they offered to give us a dance floor that was half the size we originally requested. In the end they did find us a dance floor that was the correct size according to our contract, but it was a different material than we had originally paid for. The only positive was that the man in charge of set up the day of was very kind and the set up was effecient.
