Maple Woods Fitness Center is a small and unfriendly place to exercise. They have very little equipment and it is not kept in the best condition. The Manager and staff are extremely rude and arrogent. There are other gyms and fitness centers nearby that offer much more for a lot less money. Avoid this place!!

A friend works out here and invited me to tag along. Glad I did, in fact I joined. The club is decent size with all the right equipment. Most importantly it is not full of a lot of folks that are so perfect they don't need the gym Clean and well maintained and not busy. Hopefully I can keep up the fitness so I can eat what I want...a girl can dream.

I find this gym a great place to work out. Good assortment of machines and free weights. Staff is always ready to help with your questions and how to use the machines. A variety of classes are offered throughout the day.

It's decent, I only liked that it was never too full and no gym gorillas showed up or chicks that needed gym Instagram pictures. The font desk was clues less or seemed like they didn't care to help. I felt like I was bothering them .. anyways it would be great if it was 24hr gym since it's already pricy. Too much money for a small gym and being basic.
