If I could give this place negative stars I would. Took my family to play mini golf and I do believe a group of college freshman guys high on cocaine could have made a better course. The grounds have not been kept up in what looks like 15 years and the holes are just as bad. Save your money and go buy an ice cream cone.

Not good! they have a yoga instructor that is always changing her schedule at the last minute. I finally got into the class & she has her phone ringing & doesn't turn it off! Probably the worst & the most unrelaxing class I have ever been in. A lot of the machines are broken or not working 100%. I love that it is close but am terribly disappointed. Trying to get out of my contract...wish me luck.

Don't waste your time for mini-golf at this dump, go spend your hard earned money at Cool Crest instead. The course isn't lit, so forget going any time other than in the middle of the day. Of course that won't stop them from letting you show up at night and pay and get up there to find out that it is dark and nearly impossible to play.Forget obstacles, here they have bricks. That's right. Motorized moving rocket ships? No....Alligator mouths? No way. Bricks. THat's right. Bricks. To change things up sometimes there is a brick on the right, oh and get this, sometimes on the left...crazy.Every hole seems to have strange little divots etc. that you hit in the ground, not by design, but through lack of maintenance or craftmenship. One hole on the garden course is actually impossible due to lack of maintenance.Other than sending us off to play on an unlit mini-golf course at night the staff is plenty friendly, but a cute blonde girl at the counter does not make for a good mini-golf course.I want my money back jerks.

I was surprised to see that this place had such a low rating on Yelp. I mean, maybe I've just been to some really scummy, sub-par mini golf courses in my time, but I didn't think it was THAT bad. No, it's not a terribly creative, super intense, exciting course, but it wasn't awful. Yesterday was a beautiful fall day, and we didn't have much on in the afternoon (and had a groupon for a mini golf excursion), so we hopped in the car and drove on out. I had read the reviews prior to my visit, so I knew to go when it was still daylight, and that I might not be terribly challenged by the course, but for a lazy Sunday, this was pretty perfect. There were no lines, and we opted for the Garden course, which we were told was the more challenging of the two courses. I lost, as usual, but only by one stroke, so that definitely added to the experience! We didn't find the more difficult course to be that difficult, but we still had fun, and I'd go back again sometime if we're in the area and feeling like a mini golf game. Actually, my husband wants to check out the proper golf course (and possibly try to get me out to play), and I could see giving it a shot.

to my understanding, this LLC is part of a larger conglomerate including some of the finest 18-hole golf courses in the state. as you walk through the big red doors you are greeted with the smell of dog. That's not trash talk, THEY ACTUALLY HAVE TWO DOGS BEHIND THE COUNTER. I didn't think this was an issue until The manager took them outside, and they started barking as they romped out. In my experience with a workout facility, you don't allow animals into a gym if you expect to hold any sort of hygenic standard. I was then greeted by a manager of some sort, whom insisted that Maple Creek was a fantastic value and was not going to give up. I simply wanted a day pass to grab a quick run, and I told him this. I had to tell him multiple times that I was not interested in a membership at this time.

In a quest to do something a little different, my wife and I decided to take in some mini golf at Maple Creek. It was nearing dusk as we were on the course but even in the dark of night it would be obvious that a maintenance man hasn't visited the Maple Creek mini golf course in nearly 3 years. I'm no pro mini golf player, but I do seek a little realism in my putting and I could have had a slower green on my driveway. The course seemed like someplace the crew in the Mystery Machine would stumble upon and find out the owner was the one in creepy ghost costume. I feel like I played 18 holes on a course that hadn't had felt an employee's footsteps in 3 years. It truly is a disgrace that they would charge someone to play mini golf on this "course".

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Doug the manager needs a lesson in service. Humble servant he is not. Be careful signing up for a membership here. If you happen to move out of the area and I mean a 45 minute drive away they will not let you out of your contract. I have a friend that moved to Blue Springs and asked to be let out of the contract in April 2014. They told her too bad so sad you have to pay the rest of the contract and to call back before April 2015 to cancel. She was assured that they would put notes on her account about that conversation and they did not. Doing the right thing she did continue to pay for a full year without using it due to the distance. She called in March of this year to cancel and Doug told her she would have had to call before 2/28/15 to cancel and she would now have to continue to pay until 2/28/16. My friend explained again the distance and he said she could go to the Olathe location. My friend works really long days and is a single mom and lives and works in Blue Springs. She does not have time to drive that distance to work out at a gym. This company and its employees clearly only care about the money they collect and not the customer. Perhaps if they changed their toon and adopted a customer service excellence approach and looked at cases on an individual basis and showed they care about their customers they would have better reviews. So now they will learn the hard way. My friend comes in contract with many people in a day and will tell this story. Those people will tell others and even go out and post a reviews. For me, I will NEVER give this place any of my hard earned money and I hope all of those reading this will do the same. I will be telling this story to many people as well. I come into contact with SO MANY people with my work from all over the KC area.

Although the mini golf may suck, there is plenty that is good about maple creek. Mainly the price. A membership to use the gym (not great, but functional) and the golf course (tight, 9 hole, par 3 course) is only $30 a month for the entire family! Course is great for iron practice, not so much for putting or driving.

A great club with a clean gym and a fun, challenging 9 hole course. The staff are friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable.

Needed to cancel membership after having it for around 8 years because of work. Told them I might renew when I had more time to go in the next year or two. Canceled around the 14th of March 2019. They called to inform me since I did not meet the deadline of March 28 I wouldn't be cancelled until February of 2020. Started out paying the $29.99 now my bill is almost $45.00 with no reason or notice given. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
