I always enjoy eating at Main Street! The workers are very inviting and friendly, the food is delicious and you're served enough to fill you up!! The prices are also AMAZING for the portions. If you want some good home cooking, I suggest Main Street!!!

Breakfast is inexpensive. I have eggs, bacon and hash browns. Lunch you need to try the Turkey Paneni or Southwest Chicken salad. Hot roast beef sandwich or Chicken fried steak for dinner. Just some of my favorites.

Best breakfast ever. Period.Carrollton is a really small town, but if you have a reason to be here (I have family here) such as you live here or you're just staying in one of the hotels along the highway or driving around and want the best breakfast you might ever get... then stop in here. The food is amazing. I had the biscuits and gravy, an order of hash browns, and a pancake. The sausage in the gravy adds a wonderful flavor and the biscuits were perfectly made (fluffy!). The hash browns were awesome as was the pancake. My girlfriend ordered the best omelette I've ever tasted in my life. It was big (3 eggs) and full of fresh tasty ingredients.Main Street Restaurant sits in a small town square around the local courthouse... it's the type of place you walk and and see the local businessmen sharing a meal and swapping stories before heading into their offices. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. Stop in there if you have the time and are in the area!

My girlfriend and I stopped in one morning around 10:30 after I had changed her oil. Went in and got a lunch/dinner menu. They told us that breakfast was over although everyone else in the place had hash browns and toast in front of them. They proceeded to give me the worst $2 coffee I have ever had. We decided we would leave. Went to the 10-13 diner in Richmond instead and got great service and even better food.

This is a 3 generation family owned. Owner is there every day making a good impression. It is down right great home cooking. Freshly made and specials everyday. Known for the chicken pot pie, fried chicken and homemade daily pies and cakes. Mmm.
