What a lovely b&b! Delightful coffee service and breakfast; caring owner & host; beautiful rooms & details; Parkville is a cute town. Easy access to airport & KC. Beautiful river walks. Loved sitting out on the porch.

My husband and I just stayed here for the third time... we would give it 6 out of 5 stars (if we could) each time! Kathy is so sweet and very accommodating for food sensitivities/preferences, just make note of them when reserving. The rooms are so beautiful; we have stayed in both of the bigger rooms with Jacuzzi tubs. We always make sure to use the tub each evening after getting back from dinner at the nearby French restaurant (a MUST do). And get a coffee at Parkville coffeehouse in the morning after checking out... and we also usually go to the mini-golf place too when nice weather. All within a short walk from the Inn. We are sticking with our routine on this - Parkville is just so dang quaint and a perfect get-away from Overland Park life - ha ha! Already talking about when we should book our next time there.

Best B&B we've ever been! Everything was clean and the design/decor was very comfortable. Kathy, the inn keeper, was very hospitable and polite. Not only is the stay amazing but the breakfast was phenomenal! Definitely five stars across the board with this place!

We just completed our third stay here. The rooms are newly renovated. The service here is impeccable. We always enjoy the morning coffee and breakfast. It is great to be able to chat with the other guests that stay here. I really can't think of a better place to stay in the Parkville area. Thank you Kathy for your hospitality! I highly recommend this beautiful house as a top notch destination.

A great place! Walking distance from downtown and beautiful touches like Zum bath products and coffee and homemade bread delivered to your room before breakfast downstairs.

Wonderful stay Excellent hospitality! The house is darling, impeccably neat, lots of character, walking distance to quaint downtown area, and the breakfasts were so yummy!!!We will stay again!!

We've stayed here several times, and it's always a pleasure. The rooms and amenities are excellent, and the hosts alway make sure that guests feel welcome. (As a bonus, there is no smoking allowed on the premises.)It's across the street from Wines By Jennifer, so you can enjoy some great wine and noshes before you settle in!

We stayed in the Colonel Park room and it was amazing. Our two night stay was relaxing and fun. Our room had everything we needed. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful! We enjoyed the front porch and the evening by the firepit. Our hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. We love Kathy and Jason and plan to come back in the future. We loved being able to walk into town. It was a few short blocks away. We enjoyed the restaurants, pubs, shopping and wine bar in downtown Parkville. Can't wait to return! (And we LOVED the breakfast!!)

We enjoyed our stay at Parkville at the Main Street Inn. Kathy, our host was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was also extremely convenient to the downtown area for food, shopping and exploring the quaint town. Our room, the Colonel Suite, was lovely and extremely comfortable. We had all of our needs met plus more including warm bread in the morning, bath salts, and cookies waiting for us on our bed. Be prepared for cookies, sweet bread in the morning and a sweet breakfast! Everything was delicious but we definitely went into sugar overload!
