I have eaten my share of small town diner fare over the years. This iconic Marceline eatery is definitely near the top of my list. It's quaint, homey, endearing, and offers up an extensive menu of comfort food staples. (If you're going for breakfast, expect a decent wait. Yes, it's that beloved.)When it comes to burgers, I rarely deviate from a good ol' fashioned patty melt. This one did not disappoint. Plus, they offered a slew of sides to complement your burger, including tots and jalepeno poppers. The hand-breaded tenderloin sammich is--I kid you not--the size of your head. We ordered it as an appetizer for the table and devoured it (complete with fresh onions and slathered with mustard) before our meals arrived. If you do nothing else, save room for their signature dessert, the Dusty Miller. It's a souped-up, gourmet hot fudge sundae, but layered with malt powder and marshmallow syrup for good measure. The texture is richly divine.Rumor has it the diner will be shifting from mother to daughter in the next few months. I wish them well in their transition. This place is a joy and a delight.

Stopping in while on a road trip and it's a self seating establishment. Servers were super friendly and quick to grab the drink order. Ordered the catfish nuggets and they were a delight. Also got told if you went to the Disney museum you get a complimentary "Dusty Miller" dessert (ice cream). 10/10 would eat here again!

The food is great. I love the breakfast. The service has always been good and if you love Disney or trains this is a must stop and see all the neat things on the walls.

Visited this town and came across this gem! Love that almost everything was in walking distance from our hotel. Absolutely amazing food, the line outside the door when we came into town was a clear indication of the popularity of this place. We were not disappointed, food was wonderful, came out fast, hot and delish! Staff was very friendly and even got to meet Ma who was there working. Super nice lady, hope to return soon!

Small diner with above par diner food Every time I have eaten here, it's busy. Friendly staff and good food. Eggs, toast and bacon are hard to mess up and are typically the same at most diners. The biscuits and gravy were great. Big portions and good flavor. Biscuits were cooked perfectly and the gravy was seasoned well. The Omelet was also flavorful and cooked well. We got one loaded with veggies and meat and I was concerned it wouldn't be cooked well with all the ingredients. But I was pleasantly surprised. Cons: took forever to get our food. Group of 6 approximately 40 minutes from order to table. Food -4Price -4Wait time -1

I wish I could give this place 7 stars! Clean, fresh and inviting. It was hands down fantastic place for food and hospitality. Biscuits and Gravy were genuine and fresh. Ham and cheese omelet was skillfully made, revealing a true chef was in the kitchen.There was some confusion in my order (caused by me), but Ma Vic not only apologized, but discounted my meal! Hospitality at its best !

Food made me get sick and was up all night throwing up. I got chicken strips and mozzarella sticks and they didn't taste right.

We brought a group of 20 on a Saturday to go to the Disney Hometown Museum and stopped by Ma Vic's before. They were AWESOME! Had a place where we could all sit close to each other. The service was great and the food was excellent! Prompt and hot and delicious. One of the BEST small town diner's I've ever been in. Friendly, helpful, and worked within our time frame perfectly. If I could give them SIX stars I would! Highly recommend!

If you want the small town diner/cafe experience this is the place to go! Service was beyond friendly and the biscuits and gravy were to die for. The rest of our breakfast was fairly standard fare (eggs, omelette, bacon, toast, etc) but cooked very well to order and the coffee cup never got below half. If I ever make it back to Marceline I'd love to try some of their lunch options.
