I had the following issue with Lumax that was not solved in a satisfactory way: I had a mower that needed warranty service. I was told over the phone that pickup and delivery would be covered under warranty.After my mower was serviced and delivered, they required the pickup and delivery fee. I spoke to a manager who was not understanding and simply threatened to hold my mower hostage until I paid the fee.

This place is great! The ladies will surprise you with the knowledge they have and the service guys do great work and do it in a very timely manner. I've personally bought lots of equipment amongst other things here and would recommend Lumax to anyone!

I bought my HD 52 from here in November. So I didn't get a chance to use until this spring. And what I noticed after a couple uses is the parking brake wasntholding the mower and cutting at a low level like 2.5, the deck would start sounding bad. Like the blades were shaking. So I take it in for service and to get a few other things looked at, and I was told nothing could be done about the brake because they've tightened it up as much as they could. Well that means its a bad brake. So why not just replace it?! It's under warranty still! And a couple of other things I had to point out that they were supposed to but didn't. So they hurried to do a half ass job. Smdh... All I know is, my experience here has been terrible. And I can't believe they'd treat a paying and loyal customer who's had friends and others come spend their hard earned money also. I will not make any more purchases from Lumax again in life. And I'll put this out there for the social media world to see.

Apparently, they are very focused, and take care of their preferred 'customers' commercial and such, as they are still in business. Otherwise, they are a 'no star' operation IMO. If you come to them with anything other than a commercial grade product for warranty and such, they consider it substandard. That included purchases from Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon etc. Most folks I know, and including me, that have went there for basic lawn and garden need have been disappointed.And, their Belton location is a real treat when one of their 'preferred' customers blocks you in with their vehicle/trailer apparatus in their lot. This is the best fucking place I've ever been. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I honestly love when my shit breaks just so I can come in and see everyone again. Don't tell them but I even break it on purpose. Worth every single penny. These are the type of people you wanna buy a cold beer for. I recommend them to every one I meet. Thanks guys!!

These people are extremely rude, terrible communication, lack of respect for the consumer and terrible service(Had my riding mower over a month). They had the nerve to tell me to take it back where I purchased the mower from and have them do the warranty work on it. Hence the place I bought it from told me to take it to this place. I WILL NEVER do business with this place again or even think of purchasing anything from there. I even left messaged with the owner and never got a call back. Worst experience EVER!!! Do not go there..
