Lucy's Bar and Grill

Stopped in for lunch while on a Sunday drive. Very cool place. Staff was helpful. Moved from the bar to a table due to a couple drunk 20 something's dropping F bombs every 3rd word.Had a bacon cheeseburger which was very good . Got the steak fries with it but they needed a little more time cooling . Overall good meal and would stop in again.

This is by regular spot in La Cygne. My wife and I go often to play darts and pool. We usually will grab a dinner, which is always fantastic. They have specials going on every day that our great deals. The service stress is great, always seem to be in a happy mood and everyone make sure to make you feel welcome. Excellent experiences and would highly recommend. There are also some fun events, including poker, karaoke, and more!

This place is a family friendly place with a smaller dining area and larger gathering space for groups. There is also an outdoor covered patio for nicer weather days. The staff is very nice. We love the fried chicken dinner and ribs are delicious too. They have a great collection of patriotic decorations that honor veterans and are proud of their country.The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the building could use better lighting and signage out front. If you visit here, be patient with your staff, due to lack of employees. The food will be worth the wait!

We love Lucy's. Never mad when at the lake. Cold beer. Chicken strips, burgers, gizzards. Handvcut fries. Even the mashed potatoes are yummy! Consistently good. And we love Janice. Best waitress ever!

Stopped off on way back from Mound City to KC off a recommendation. Glad we did! They were a bit short staffed, but who was there were extremely kind & helpful. The food all tasted great and not small portions. Quite filling. We will certainly be back... want to experience Karaoke & live music.

Good for drinks and pool. Tatar tots are good. That's about it. If you're looking for mediocre bar food, you're at the right spot.

September 9 I called the restaurant to speak with the owner, she wasn't in. I left my number and requested a call back.September 11, I am still waiting for the call, I can see where the customer service is dropped.

This place is really popular. I know of several people from KC who hang out here quite a bit, mostly bikers but not all.This is a pretty big place, and was rather busy. There were lots of people here getting lunch while a woman played acoustic guitar and sang in the center of the room. There's also a main stage in the far back.There's TVs throughout the place, Keno, Silver Strike, and a driving game. The back of the main room has several pool tables. There's a patio off to the side.Though BBQ is just a tiny portion of their menu, it seems to be the main thing people come here for. We did get some appetizers (cheese sticks and GIANT baskets of fries that were really good but mostly went to waste due to there being too many) and people all around us were stunned that we weren't eating BBQ. So I guess I'll have to try that next time.The bartender was kind of stand-offish but pleasant. He did warm up to us a little towards the end.

The food is really good here! Prices are reasonable. The server was very kind.I got the apple pie as well and it was perfect. Will come back!

This place has decent food, but is very seedy and some of the staff are very rude. It would be a decent place to go during lunch but after dark bar hours I would stay away.
