Lowenstein Park

Lowenstein Park is a favorite for my kids because of the fun selection of slides and a cute pond where you can spot lots of frogs! I happen to enjoy this park because it's near a Super Target. Plenty of covered tables and clean restrooms make this park an easy picnic place. Fair warning though: the actual playground area has NO SHADE. Nothing. If the sun just barely peeks out, those slides will melt your poor legs off. We're always on the hunt for new and fun parks. Lowenstein Park gets the job done!

There are trails with a small waterfall that's a bright blue for some weird reason.PROs: clean well kept, fitness & play area promotes alll ages, many walking trails, tall slides, safe area, DOG FRIENDLY w/ poop bags & drinking fountain, swing for parent & child, wooded area CONS: only one grill, no fence for smaller children, no shade to protect equipment from getting to hot

My son lovessss this park! There is enough for him to do, so much space and most times when we go it isn't super packed which i love as well. They have a section that i feel is specifically for his age and they have another side for bigger kids! Definitely recommend
